Luxury villa with plenty of space indoors and outdoors for socializing and entertaining. Close to Attitash, Wildcat and other ski spots, cross country trails, North Conway and all White Mountain Valley attractions but with enough privacy to feel "away from it all."
After a busy day on the slopes, in the mountains, on the golf course or in the outlet malls — your luxurious gated villa awaits. Take a soak in the hot tub or relax in the sauna. Enjoy a meal with family and friends in the commercial grade kitchen (including indoor wood fired pizza oven). Eat in the Hogwartsian inspired dining area complete with a 2,000 bottle wine cave. Stroll through the property’s wooded walking trails and impeccably manicured lawns. In the spring, summer and fall also enjoy the bocce court and horseshoes. Property is also set up to accommodate guests in wheelchairs, including elevator to access the lower floor.

House was perfect for our Family Thanksgiving. We had 17 of and the house never felt crowded. The kitchen was amazing, perfect for cooking large dinners.

Wonderful Home for a Summer Vacation

We rented this house for a week in the summer with 14 people and it was great! The massive kitchen was perfect for all the food and cooking and there were plenty of beds for us all. We made great use of the bocce court and the pizza oven. It was close to Story Land, Cranmore Adventure Park, Conway Railroad, and many other activities. It was a very comfortable house to stay in.

Great spot for a Gang

We had a great stay. We had a group of 21. Enjoyed all the features of the property. Not everything was 100% but we managed and the host for responsive to questions etc.

Woman’s Fitness Retreat

I was amazed at how spacious and inviting the estate was. I hosted a woman’s retreat and the ability to have spacious rooms for the ladies was a huge selling point on why I chose this property. The rec room allowed for plenty of space for our fitness classes. The pictures in the listing are great but in person it is so much more!! I am looking to book again for the next year!

Amazing Family Christmas getaway

This was an amazing Christmas castle dream come true. The property is stunningly beautiful and the craftsmanship of the home reminiscent of the old days. The host, Deirdre, was a n amazing hostess - great, prompt communication and everything was as it was portrayed in the write up. The gourmet kitchen was a cook’s dream and the home’s downstairs hang out area was perfect for kids and kids at heart. It was a dream to bring the family together for the holidays. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Perfect!!

This house surpassed all expectations! From the start, the details of all the special features of the house were described before we got there and helped us enjoy our stay. The house was clean and provided all the comforts of home but the extras, including the hot tub and game room made for a great vacation! Close to skiing and restaurants and so fun when we got home! The kids loved the playroom and movie theater and we all loved the hot tub after a day on the slopes! This was a truly exceptional home and we can’t wait to come back!!

Boys Trip

A dream vacation rental in every sense of the word, whatever you'd want and more. Huge, beautiful house, gorgeous design, plenty of space, high end products and so much in house entertainment that you don't need a huge itinerary when in the area. Game room, pool table room, high end (Yamaha!) self playing piano, six recliner home theater, huge hot tub, estate like property with a brook, ponds, with acres to hike right onsite. Constant communication with the owner and caretaker with any questions we may have had. We highly recommend this property, have recommended to our friends that weren't able to join us and would love to come back if possible.

Incredible House

Overall, we had a fantastic time. The house is very unique! We chose it for the ramp, the elevator, and the grab bars so that our mother could enjoy a family vacation with her 3 children and all of our families. We were 6 adults and 8 late teens/young adults and we were all able to spend quality time together in the common areas. The dining room table fit us all comfortably and the living room had so many couches that we could all convene in the evenings to talk, play games, etc. The younger generation took over the lower level and the older generation mostly stayed upstairs, so they could all stay up late playing pool, using the theatre room to watch movies and play video games, and have all sorts of fun. Worth noting: There are technically six bedrooms, but there are really only four "proper" bedrooms with privacy and nice beds. There are three bedrooms upstairs (two with king beds, one with two full beds) and one bedroom downstairs with a king bed. These bedrooms are all really nice. But the other two "bedrooms" are quite different. One has 4 bunk beds inside of a kitchenette/shared space, and the other is a single set of bunk beds in a room with no windows that it shares with a ping pong table and an air hockey table. If you're traveling with a group of adults/couples, you will be fighting over the "good" bedrooms. A beautiful house with gorgeous grounds and very nice bathrooms. So much space! We really enjoyed our time.

This home went above and beyond our expectations. The pictures truly don’t do it justice and Deidre was available to help with any questions along the way. Our group was so thrilled we’ll be planning another trip back soon!! Highly recommend
