Our vision is to create unforgettable memories for our guests, offering a luxurious and cozy retreat in the heart of Stowe. Located 10 minutes from Stowe Mt Resort and walking distance to Stowe rec path, shopping, restaurants and Mt biking, this chalet offers an open floor plan, high end kitchen and ample accommodations for two families. Enjoy all the seasons of VT - skiing, hiking, Mt biking, foliage - or simply just relaxing. Chalet is equipped with electric car charger and high end gym.

THE CHALET| Ideal for two families with kids, the chalet features open floor plan perfect for entertaining and family gatherings. The living room, kitchen and dining room are all open with lots of seating. In the summer, open the doors to the expansive deck and screened-in porch overlooking the pond. Create memories with a fire on the patio after a day of skiing or swimming in the pond! BONUS: enjoy 4th of July fireworks on the deck!

ROOMS| Upon entering the house, the mudroom offers ample space for all sports gear (comes with two boot/glove warmers). Coming in, the first floor master bedroom has a king bed, master bathroom and large walk-in closet. There is a half bath located in the hallway. The second floor has a full bath and two bedrooms - one is a queen with a desk incase you have to check in for work. The other bedroom has full sz bed + twin + pull out trundle. The walkout basement offers additional living room with a queen sz pull-out couch, a bedroom with a full sz bed, twin bed and trundle bed. The walkout basement also has a full size bathroom and a dedicated workout room.

THE TECH/ENTERTAINMENT| Enjoy music and movies in both living rooms offering new 65” smart TVs with new Sonos sound bars and subs! Bedrooms have new smart TVs. Walkout basement has a new Xbox for guests to use (great for moody teenagers)! Whole house has 100mb WiFi.

OUTSIDE| Unwind with drinks in the screened-in porch. Enjoy a summer dinner on the deck overlooking the pond (grill is available!). Relax on the dock and pond-side patio while enjoying a fire in the smokeless Breeo fire pit. The pond is a good size, great for swimming in the summer or ice skating in the winter. There is a babbling brook that runs the length of the property.

PEACE OF MIND| Guests have a private garage bay to keep snow off your car. There is an electric car 240v outlet, plus additional storage for ski gear. The chalet is equipped with Generac back up power for those major winter storms!

DEPOSIT/WAIVERS| We require $1900 deposit for damages or loss to property. Additional waivers may be required to use the gym and pond. We reserve the right to ask you to sign our rental agreement.

SECURITY SYSTEM| There are Ring security cameras located on the front door, over the garage and above the slider door on the porch looking towards the pond. The one on the porch can be turned off by guest if they wish. The switch is located inside (with the cap). The others will be on at all times for safety monitoring. The indoor Ring security system is deactivated during rental (the indoor system does not have a camera).

TV| Our TVs are equipped with apps such as HULU Live TV with NFL Redzone, Netflix, Disney +, HBO Max. Feel free to use your own login for other streaming services. If you forget to log out we will make sure to log you out between rentals.

THE POND| Perfect for swimming and ice skating however, use at your own risk. Please exercise caution and best judgment. The pond has to freeze at least 5 inches for ice skating. Do not ice skate off from the dock. Do not dive!

SEPTIC| We have a septic with grinder pump for basement plumbing. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper as this may cause the grinder pump to stop working and back up.
