To approve your booking and stay, please make sure that you meet the following criteria: 

1) Verified guest photo profile with Government Id & profile information.

2) Brief information on your stay & guests.
3) What brings you to the neighborhood & what are your expectations.
4) Must be 25 years old to book this listing.
5) Must have a positive review or reviews with prior Vrbo hosts for reference.
6) No parties, no smoking, no drugs. No underage drinking. **Guests are NOT allowed to host large gatherings or parties. Guests will be charged a fee for not following all house rules and any extra cleaning services for property abuse. Violators will be reported to Vrbo and if any issues during the stay, the police will immediately be contacted.
7) No animals whatsoever due to severe allergies of owner.

Slips are available for watercraft rental based on availability. Dock access is not available unless you are renting a slip. Please note that there is not a boat ramp onsite and trailer parking is prohibited. There is a free drop in at the Public Boat Launch on Bluebird. Trailers can be stored at Grand Glaze Marina - PB2 with or without slip rental.

For use of watercraft without slip or fishing and swimming in lake, you must go to Public Access Beach.

**Note: HOA has a strict policy for parking. No RV’s or Trailers are allowed in the parking lot & are subject to towing at the owner's expense.
