Chez Feldus" estate

"Le Domaine chez Feldus" is a welcoming house, perfect for a relaxing stay, located in the heart of the Jura region, in the commune of Villers-Farlay. The house: - It is comfortably furnished and equipped with a modern kitchen (dishwasher, dishes, coffee maker, juicer, etc.), a large living area (flat-screen TV + a sofa bed for 2 people) and a dining room (seating for fifteen). - The first floor also includes: > the "Lynx" bedroom on the first floor (one double bed) with a large bathroom (shower) nearby. Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms: "Hermine" room with a bunk bed and two single beds (4 separate sleeping spaces), "Hérisson" room with a double bed, "Jonquilles" room with a double bed, and "Merle" room with a double bed and a crib. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a relaxation area with a sofa (which can sleep a child) and a flat-screen TV. Cribs can be added upon request. The house can comfortably sleep 12 people and up to 15 (with the sofa bed and sofa). There are 2 toilets. A washing machine and dryer are also available. WiFi is provided. Outside: A lovely terrace, a pétanque court, a swimming pool, and a pleasant lawn complete this property. The entire property is fenced, ideal for young children and pets (they are welcome at the Domaine for an additional fee). Regarding the swimming pool, it will be usable from May 1st to September 30th, but if the weather is very poor, the heat pump may not be sufficient to maintain a warm enough water temperature. Such are the vagaries of the weather. Parking: There is space to park several vehicles in front of the house, and two cars within the grounds (with a closed gate). Recreational equipment: A wood-burning stove for winter or shoulder-season evenings (if you wish to use it, a supplement of 10 euros per day for 10 large logs will be charged; please notify us before arrival and pay during your stay). A barbecue. A ping-pong table. Sun loungers for enjoying the pool. Board games. Books. Some children's games. And for your gourmet evenings, you will find a raclette/pierrade oven, a fondue set, a crepe maker, and a large griddle. Location: The Domaine is in the heart of the village. Respect for the neighbors is therefore required. The village is less than 5 km from the Mouchard TGV station (approximately 4 hours from Paris by train). In Mouchard, you will find a supermarket, bakeries, a pharmacy, healthcare professionals, etc. A taxi service is available in the village for your transportation needs. The house is located 4 km from Arc-et-Senans (the royal saltworks) and 5 km from Port-Lesney (Germigney castle, where you can enjoy a meal or visit the Caudalie spa). There is also a good bistro in the village. 10 km from Arbois = wine cellar visits, tastings, vineyard museum... 11 km from Salins-les-Bains = spa town with thermal baths, a casino, potters, the salt museum... In the area, you will find delicious cheese dairies producing Comté cheese and other local products, as well as magnificent forests, vineyards, country walks, waterfalls, lakes, ski resorts... You are about 30 km from Besançon (Doubs), the watchmaking capital, birthplace of Victor Hugo and home to Vauban's citadel... You have very quick access to all the towns of the Jura (Dôle, Lons-le-Saunier...) and to Dijon. The "Chez Feldus" estate is ideal for a stay with family or friends, as part of a corporate seminar, for nature lovers, and for those seeking the tranquility of the Jura region while having access to sporting and cultural activities. Reservations for weddings or other large receptions will not be accepted. The accommodation capacity clearly defines the number of people allowed during your stay: a maximum of 15 people.
