The house has 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets, and enjoys an ideal location in the Vatable district, just opposite a supermarket, a few minutes from the beaches, the center of Trois-Îlets, from the south of the island and direct access to Fort-de-France.
Please note:
• Parties and parties are not allowed in order to preserve the comfort and tranquillity of all.
• The swimming pool is exclusively reserved for the occupants mentioned on the lease.
• A deposit of €2,000 is required on arrival and can be returned within a maximum of 15 days after departure, depending on the inventory of fixtures.
• Failure to comply with the rules will result in the immediate interruption of the stay.
