House directly on the sandy beach of the Fleesensee

The front apartment is on the Fleesensee facing side. Enjoy the view from the living room through large windows on the garden and the Fleesensee. Mostly electric blinds and pleated blinds provide sun protection and privacy.
On the ground floor the spacious living room is furnished with a sofa, TV, dining table, a kitchenette and a tiled bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin and towel radiator.
From the living room leads via two large patio doors directly to the apartment belonging to the terrace and the garden. On the terrace you can enjoy at a table and chairs or on a sun holiday. Garden and terrace are completely surrounded by a thick hedge.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee and Nespresso machine.
The entire ground floor incl. Bathroom has underfloor heating.

About the staircase leads to the upper floor.
There are two cozy bedrooms and a daylight bathroom with sink and toilet are on you.
The bedroom facing the lake is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. In a niche is a full Baby / Toddler bed hardwood.
The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe and a small relaxation area with table. Even in the bedroom, the windows are fitted with completely obscuring outdoor blinds, pleated blinds and each one window per room with built-in insect repellent.
In the apartment there is a vacuum cleaner, drying rack, ironing board and iron. A covered parking space with paved driveway belongs to the apartment.
Even the little ones can feel comfortable. A selection of toys is available. And often in the wooden cot, high chair and kick for the bathroom can be used.

The massively built in 2004 house is located in Untergöhren on the sandy beach with views of the Fleesensee. The street in front of the house is in the summer season is not publicly passable, our guests will receive an access card. Playground, restaurant, a small port and water sports rentals are located just a few meters.
