Stay right opposite the ocean at one of the best spots in the area and spend a memorable time with your loved ones. At Carroll Realty, we are eager to tell you about the conveniences and amenities. Featuring five bedrooms and four full baths, this beach wonder offers both private and common areas at its finest. The house has ample space for accommodating up to 12 guests. You can socialize and spend quality moments in the common area before retreating to your private bedroom for some much-needed rest. As the house is just few steps away from the ocean, you can save your valuable commute time. With the ocean opposite the house, you can easily spend every single moment in a productive way. Take the fun outside, where a private pool and hot tub wait for you for some fun-filled memories. You can also find an outdoor grill perfect for spending your evening with great food by your side.

Step inside a spacious house with an open floor concept. The natural flow between the different areas makes it convenient for all your guests. The living area has a comfortable seating arrangement, setting the stage for lovely conversations with your group. With a flat screen television and wet bar in the living area, you will not need anything else. The living area extends into a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining area. Gather in the dining room to enjoy everything from a quick morning coffee to lavish family dinners. After all, vacation is the perfect time to come together and forget about the rush of daily routine. The relaxing and warm ambiance of this cool beach house will definitely create the right mood for your vacation. If you would like to enjoy the delicious aroma and flavors of home cooked meals, you can find all the necessary resources in the kitchen. From stainless steel appliances to granite countertops, spacious cabinets to a wide range of utensils, the kitchen is ready for you. Some of the appliances include a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, cooking range, oven, and much more.

The bedrooms offer features like premium furnishings, large comfortable beds with cozy bedding, spacious cabinets and closets for your clothes, and ambient lighting. You can admire the gorgeous view of the ocean from the bedroom window. The full bathrooms offer walk-in shower, bathtub, premium fixtures, and cabinets. We provide fresh linen, bath and kitchen towels, and a starter kit of toiletries for your convenience. Get ready to enjoy a comfortable stay with your group while residing right opposite the beach.

*Please note: Fireplace is not a "working" fireplace. The flue is closed, please do not use.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 5 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 30 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. Just another added bonus for booking through Carroll Realty to enhance your vacation experience.

ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS, & BEACH/POOL TOWELS (12) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

This house was a great stay for the value. The rooms were spacious and all had on suites. The main level was huge and great for little kids to run around and play. We felt the house was clean but definitely well loved.

Great property for our family

Our family, which included 6 adults, 2 teens, a 4 year old, a 1 year old and 7 month old baby had a great stay. There was plenty of room - a well equipped kitchen, a large dining area and living space. The beach was a short, easy walk. This property had everything we hoped for and we would definitely consider a return stay.

Beautiful home and we loved sitting on the porch and the pool was clean and nice. Very short walk to the beach. Housekeeping was there at 4:00 check-in time and left at 4:30. Not too inconvenient but a small negative. Numerous ceiling lights were out (pantry, stairs to garage, and stairway upstairs. Foyer ceiling lights flickered which was like a strobe. Just thought the rental management needs to check all the lights!We would definitely stay there again!

Nice location

The house needed a little TLC, the light bulbs were out in key places like the stair to both floors, and the entire second floor hallway. Black mold on the window in the master shower, floors not the cleanest, I swept and mopped. Rat droppings in the elevator that needed sweeping out. The house keeping staff needs to be replaced but the house was in very decent shape. Plenty of room to spread out in. The elevator does not actually fit a wheelchair.

Loved this location! Being so close to the beach was fantastic for our family. We also loved the pool! Great house!

lovely location

Great pool. One half block from beach. Attentive Real Estate Agents at Carroll. Sturdy house, recently painted inside with lots of pine floors and no rugs to catch the sand. Pots/pans in abundance though haphazardly thrown under stove. We had fun!

Please note: Carroll Realty is the property management company chosen by the homeowner and requires that their rental agreement be signed prior to occupying the property. This agreement will be sent after a reservation is made along with other helpful rental info for your stay.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited.

Power/ weather related cancellation: Carroll Realty does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, Carroll Realty will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
