Welcome to "LIBO!" - one of the coziest cabins you will stay in with a large game room and NEW amenities and hardwood flooring. Hot tub, wrap around decks, Golden Tee golf game, arcade, shuffleboard game table and more! Located in Hemlock Hills just minutes from the Arts & Crafts District, Gatlinburg, and Rocky Top Sports Complex. Hardwood flooring and deck chairs, Theater area and games, sleeps 18. As of March 2023 all TV's have been replaced with NEW LG Smart TV's. The cabin has a kitchen/living room area, 5 bedrooms- 2 Kings (one upstairs and one on the lower level) 5 queens in 3 bedrooms (2 in one bedroom upstairs and 2 queens set up as bunks in the upstairs bedroom and one on the main level) There is a large game room on the lower level with a Golden Tee golf game, shuffleboard table game, arcade, large screen TV with NEW theater seating and more! Beautiful 5 bedrooms with 5 baths in the heart of the Smoky Mountains convenient to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and minutes from Smoky Mountain Sports Complex.

Grand parents, Parents, and kids all enjoyed staying in this cabin. We were greeted by a bear on the First and 2nd nights. We watched through the windows and it was magnificent. The cabin is spacious and allowed for all of us to dine together. The rooms are all large with ample room. A bathroom for each room was very convenient. Make sure to bring toiletries and garbage bags. The location is close (about 12 minute drive) to downtown Gatlinburg. We would definitely stay here again. It was a wonderful Thanksgiving Weekend.

GPS is a little confusing but once we found it, it was great. View from outside was amazing, very peaceful. Be careful outside at night because bears do visit. Downside is not much parking.

The property was a beautiful place in the woods. The family had wonderful time. Only a couple of issues. We found towels in dryer. And sheets on the top bunk were never changed. We had to wash them ourselves.

Perfect Birthday Getaway in the Mountains

We stayed here with family to celebrate my son’s 10th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The cabin was clean, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed. The host was super responsive and even helped us out due to the bad weather potentially cutting our day at Dollywood Splash Country short, before check-in time. The cabin decor/theme was the icing on the cake. My 10 year old is the most patriotic, USA loving kid and the decor fit his birthday theme and personality perfectly. 10/10 would absolutely stay again—especially for another special occasion! Thanks for helping us make memories we’ll never forget.

Great location

We saw bears at the cabin! Loved the theater/game room. Kitchen/dining area are not very spacious, and we only had 10 in our group. They only provided towels for 10 (not 15 as originally stated when I made the reservations). When we returned one afternoon, we couldn’t open the door. Apparently, the battery had died. I notified the owner and she provided the code for the lock box so we could access the key. The back door on the lower level was broken and we could not use the hot tub. They only provided 5 rolls of toilet paper (1 per bathroom), so bring along a supply. Also only 1 roll of paper towels. And NOTHING in the way of salt & pepper, cooking spray, etc. They did have a drip coffee pot (Mr. Coffee), but no coffee filters. Other VRBOs I have stayed at in the past supplied plenty of towels, salt and pepper, some spices, a Kerrigan coffee maker and even the coffee pods. It was not terrible, but I have stayed in much cleaner VRBOs. The most disappointing thing about our stay was the cabin next door. The first night they were partying very loudly and shooting off bottle rockets, Roman candles, etc. We asked them to be aware and to stop because there were children in the cabins around us and families trying to sleep. They kept partying. I called the owner the next day and she said Gatlinburg had a no noise rule between 9 PM and 7 AM. We should call the Gatlinburg Police Dept. if it continued. The police had to come out 2x the next 2 nights.

A true disappointment.

I was there with my entire family, and it was pure happiness because everyone was together. But then, the bathroom on the top floor, where the game room was, started leaking and flooding everything. It was sewage coming out—absolutely filthy, disgusting, with a horrible, unbearable smell.When we complained that we couldn’t stay there any longer, they told us there was nothing they could do until the next day. The next day, a guy came and fixed it, but there was still sewage in the bathtubs, all over the place. It was a nightmare, truly awful.We had to completely abandon the top floor because no one could stand being there. It was heartbreaking because we had been looking forward to this trip all year, only to arrive and have it turn into this disaster. I don’t even know what to say—it was such a disappointment that it’s hard to put into words. had elderly people with me, my parents were there, and my daughter, who is pregnant, was also there. She spent hours on the phone with them, trying to get the situation resolved, but no one took action. They just kept passing us from one representative to another, with no solution. There was no other house available for a swap, no alternative at all.I’m sorry, but this should have been resolved immediately. An absurd situation like this should never have been pushed to the next day, and then the next, and the next… It’s unbelievable. Honestly, I don’t even know what to say. It was so outrageous that I can hardly put it into words

Happy New Year on the mountains

We really spent some amazing days with our family and friends. We celebrated New Year's Eve and had a great time. The location of this cabin was great, I loved that each family had their own room with their own bathroom. There are only three things I would like to recommend: upgrading the furniture in the living room and painting the outside, putting in a BBQ, and not having Christmas lights and Christmas decorations for these special dates that I, at least, love. For the rest, I would repeat my experience in this place again.

Under kitchen table wasn’t clean and underneath either chair in living room. Toilet paper looked rough had to buy new at store.

Christmas stay

Great communication with property management and anytime of the day. Property is in great location, just a few minutes from Gatlinburg. Home was very beautiful and felt very comfy cozy, the one thing is that it is almost a million dollar home with an apartment grade kitchen. Refrigerator didnt cool well, no ice maker, missing light bulbs over the sink, faucet only, electric stove was hard to read because things were warn out, no light over the stove either. Just an extremely basic kitchen for such an expensive high end home.homewith an home with an apar

My Stay was very nice and peaceful.

The only complaint I have was the outside parking is kinda tight if you have more than 3 cars.The patio/porch was a little dusty and spiders were everywhere.So if planning on staying at location please pack your own bug spray.

Beautiful cabin in Hemlock Hills

Cabin was exactly what our family needed. Enough space to spread out, 2 decks overlooking the woods plus a game room. Open kitchen /dinning area big enough to host family dinner for us all every evening. Host was quick to respond to my many questions. Location was what we were looking for , between Pigeon Forge and downtown Gatlingburg and Smokey mountain national park. Would highly recommend. l.

Great experience

This vacation was our first time in Tennessee and staying at this cabin made the experience beautiful because of all the rooms and bathrooms available. It would be nice to see a floor plan to know some bathrooms are not connected. The background view needs to be updated because I thought there was a river behind us but it was a street. The house was decently clean but we did find dust in some of the rooms so that was a thumbs down. Overall we were satisfied with al the kitchen appliances and game room available for the kids. We rate this a 4.5 stars stay! I would definitely come back bere again!

We had the best time this past week, there was 14 of us from the age of 10 months up to us adults! The game/movie room was a hit with all the kids and teens! The cabin had so much room and was so clean! We will for sure be booking again with Tara, she answered and responded very quickly to any questions I had before we arrived!

1st Extended Family Vacay

Had a great and relaxing stay! It was perfect for larger groups. Accessible to so many unique shops and activities. The house was clean and had plenty of stuff for eating in. Loved the hot tub and the memories the kids made there.

Family Retreat

Very nice view, we loved the design of the Cabin. Location was about 5 to 10 minutes from the town, depending on traffic. We enjoyed the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area very much.
