Off street garage parking on a quite street, just minutes from Downtown and OTR. Washer and Dryer, Keyless access.

Near UC campus and Walking distance to Finley Market and Over the Rhine Neighborhood. Minutes driving to Downtown. Bus stop is at the end of the street, 15 minute walk to the streetcar stop will give you access to downtown. Streetcar is currently free to all riders.

All guests please follow these rules at all times. If you have any issues with the property, please contact us. We will work diligently to resolve the issue.

- No smoking inside. Please dispose of all cigarette butts in the ashtrays on the center and lower decks that are attached to the deck railing.

- Your Stay includes linens, bath towels, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and basic toiletries.

- Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products

- Check-in at 3pm / Check-out at 11am
- Any late check out is subjected to a late check out fee of $100 USD

- If your late checkout exceeds two hours you will be charged for an additional day. This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day, it is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guest and preventing our housekeeping team from doing their jobs.

- This additional day charge is the BASE RATE of the room without discounts that may have been applied

- The sleeping occupancy limit for this property is 6 people

- Broken, damaged, or missing items will also result in additional charges
- No parties or events
- No loud noises between 10pm-10am
- No outside noises between 9pm-10am
- No unregistered overnight guests
- No illegal activities of any kind
- No glassware on the lower level, Especially near the hot tub.

- Parking in the garage is limited to one car. There is additional parking on the street, but might be limited. Please do not block any driveways on the street.

- Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified.

- If the house is damaged or dirty, in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous, guest would leave the house in, an additional $100 cleaning fee will be assessed.

- Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks. These are free and please indulge yourself to your desire. It is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables or any allergies that the guest might have.

- Any house rules violation may lead to the termination of your stay

Fees:
• $300 Per day that you are smoking inside the property
• $100 Late Checkout Fee
• $Price of the room for the day with no discounted rate (Base Rate) if the late checkout exceeds 2 hours
• $250 Smart Lock replacement if our smart lock equipment is damaged
• $100 extra guest Fee per person, per night
• $1000 for parties, per night
