Romantic old town house in medieval Mindelheim. Monument Award 2016.

The listed building has been newly renovated according to the plans of the architects and has only been rented since 2017. The successful renovation was awarded a special prize as part of the 2016 Swabia Monument Award. On three levels, a spacious kitchen, bathroom and toilet are separated and bedrooms, a bright living and work space are accommodated. The living room on the 2nd floor can be equipped with another sleeping area if required. On the outside, an elaborately decorated facade impresses, on the inside the simple but elegant fittings and planks in natural spruce dominate. The house is fully equipped, has a modern kitchen, washing machine, dryer, TV and internet. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. Mindelheim is located in the Allgäu and is conveniently located on the A 96. From here you can reach the royal palaces in Füssen, the mountains of the Allgäu Alps, but also the historically important cities of Ulm, Augsburg and Munich with an hour's drive. The region is known for its numerous medieval festivals. Visit the Tänzelfest, Ruethenfest in Landsberg and of course the Frundsbergfest in Mindelheim. Visits to the Munich Oktoberfest are also unsurpassed. The world-famous Kneipp spa in Bad Wörishofen is just a stone's throw away. The thermal baths here and the unique Füssen crystal thermal baths with their large bathing landscapes and views of Neu Schwanstein can be reached quickly.
