Part of a split-level duplex in Port Aransas that combines two separate properties, this vacation rental boasts a wraparound deck and access to a pool that is shared between the two units.

Unwind on the shores of IB Magee Beach Park or cast a line and fish off Horace Caldwell - both just steps from your door. With an in-town location, you’re in the perfect spot to explore downtown boutiques, local restaurants, pristine golf courses, and sprawling nature preserves.

The unit has its own spacious living/dining/kitchen areas and offers combined sleeping space for up to 8.

LIVING AREAS

In the large living room, you’ll find cool tiled floors and ample space to relax. Stretch out on a comfy sectional or a full-size futon and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Channel your inner chef in the open, contemporary kitchen, outfitted with a full range of appliances. Sip morning coffee at the casual breakfast bar.

When it’s time to eat, gather at the beachy dining table that seats eight.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

Sleep soundly on a king bed in the light-filled master bedroom. Catch a movie before bed on the flat-screen TV. An en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The guest bedroom comes with a queen bed, twin-over-full bunk bed, and a flat-screen TV. Enjoy access to a balcony that overlooks the town in each of the bedrooms.

A guest bathroom is outfitted with a large vanity area and a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Take a dip in the private pool shared between the duplex’s two units. Surrounded by palm trees, the fenced yard provides guests with a private outdoor retreat. Beneath the home, you’ll find a shady spot to unwind around covered picnic tables. Whip up dinner on the shared propane grill.

Kick back on the large wraparound deck, furnished with outdoor seating, and take in views of the glittering Gulf of Mexico.

THE LOCATION

Walk to the beach or Horace Caldwell fishing pier, both just a block from your door. Start the morning by fishing or relaxing beside the rolling waves of the Gulf of Mexico. Your rental is also just minutes away from the rock jetties and the University of Texas, Marine Science Institute.

Feeling active? Hit the fairways at Palmilla Beach Golf Club, or enjoy hiking and birdwatching in Port Aransas Nature Preserve -- both within a 10-minute drive.

The boutiques of downtown are just a 10-minute walk, and you’re also a 2-minute drive from a host of great local eateries.

Things to know
NOTE: The Dunes Condominium is located directly east behind the house. It is currently being remodeled due to damage from Hurricane Harvey.

The elevator on the property is not available to guests due to insurance and state regulatory restrictions.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
