This beautiful Boutique Hotel is located lake front in the heart of Ajijic, the hotel is walking distance to world class restaurants and attractions that Ajijic has to offer. The property has a solar heated pool to refresh during the day. Best of all, the property is lakeside, located right by the boardwalk (Malecon) of Ajijic. Right outside the unit, is "el mirador" which offers spectacular views of the mountains and view of the lake. Breakfast included on weekends only.

Ajijic Vrbo Stay

We had a wonderful week long vacation at a beautiful 6 unit Vrbo. The courtyard with pool is beautiful and well maintained. Tasty free hot breakfast served Thurs-Sun. Secured walled off property with keypad to come and go. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and decorated nicely. WiFi and TV. Daily housekeeping with fresh towels. Sheets changed mid-stay. Accommodating host. The monk parakeets just outside courtyard were fun to see. Overall a great place!

All good in Ajijic!

We really enjoyed staying here at this wonderful property. John and Gaby and their staff run a wonderful property that is just lovely. The weekend breakfasts were excellent! Such an easy place to stay in Ajijic with the super close proximity to the Centro area of the town, as well as super close to the lake and malecon. Many restaurants and shops abound in the area. We didn't rent a car and walked everywhere.We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone considering this fine property..

Love this place. The decor is well done. The room is very roomy and comfortable. The grounds well manicured. We even tried the pool. The property is located within walking distance of great restaurants and the “Malecon”. Wish we could stay longer.

Discovering Ajijic

Beautiful property very well maintained. Location amazing in front of Lake Chapla walking distance to everything, restaurants, shops,cafes. Host friendly and accommodating. We definitely book this property again.

A lovely place

The garden with its pool and different relaxing spaces is tranquil and artistically delightful. My room was upstairs but there was help with my suitcase on arrival and when leaving. The room itself was spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The weekend breakfasts on the terrace were very good and a way of meeting other guests. There is some noise at the weekends from the lakeside park but it didn’t go too late. This is Mexico after all! The owners live in a section of the property and are friendly and helpful.

Where is the 10/5 option?

Fabulous experience at this property and in Ajijic. The property exceeded our expectations, and the photos do not do it justice. If you asked for any little thing at all, it appeared instantly. The included weekend breakfast was a lovely surprise. Could not have a better location. Close to everything, yet very quiet. Thanks John and staff for wonderful stay. We will be ba k to Ajijic.

Truly enjoyed our stay at Villa Pajaro de Sol

This a restful beautiful place to stay in Ajici. Private grounds with beautiful gardens and resident parrots. The room and bed were very comfortable and nicely appointed. Appreciated the 5 gallon jug of distilled water. Located in the heart if town, you can walk to shops and many nice restaurants. The hosts John and Gabbi are the best. Appreciated all of their suggestions for dinner. I highly recommend this property to stay at. Renee

Perfection all 'round!

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay with John & Gabby. They could not have been kinder, nicer, more helpful and just all 'round great people! The property epitomizes boutique hotel. Every detail was carefully thought out and executed. Our room (#3) was very comfortable and beautifully appointed. We especially appreciated the bottled water, Nespresso machine, and numerous drawers and hanging space. The grounds were immaculate & well manicured, with lovely plantings. We especially enjoyed the variety of cacti! Centrally located and next to the lake, we were able to walk to great restaurants, bars and coffee shops, and the Lake Chapala Society is right across the street! We're looking forward to a return trip and will definitely stay here every time we visit!

DOSENT get any better

I have no words to describe our stay…Property is so so beautiful, John, his family and the staff are most accommodating. Location is the best in Ajijic and the local parrots nest right there. We WILL be back.
