The condo was perfect for the 6 of us (which included a 4 and 5 year old). Nice size kitchen with beautiful counter. Perfect table for dining. Great wrap around patio with awesome table and chairs. Great view of gulf and Pier Park!

The condo was nice and clean. We loved the pool and easy access to the beach. Having a snack bar was convenient. It was also located close to a lot of restaurants and activities. The elevator was a little slow at times due to the number of people using them and the garage was tight but other than that this was a perfect place to stay.

Classy Beach Vibes

The unit is lovely! It is clean, comfortable, and has tasteful “beachy” decor! We had plenty of space for my husband and myself, my parents, and my two children. I’m terrified of heights, so staying on the 20th floor was an adjustment!

Perfect for our Family

Our stay was great. Wanted to let you know that when we got to room there was a little hiccup. The parking pass was not there and had to get a temporary. Also, no dustpan so I was unable to sweep up all the sand. Sorry!

Everything was great except the elevator.

The only issue was that the entire time we were there 5 days, there was only one elevator that worked. We had a disabled adult who couldn’t do stairs, and an infant. We were on the 20th floor. We spent more time waiting on elevators than having fun.

Lack of communication

The unit was clean and right on the beach. Communication with Four Star Condos has been terrible. We sent documents multiple times prior to our stay and now we are being charged late checkout even though we checked out early. I can’t get any response.

I'm sorry to hear that you had an issue with getting the documents back to us. Unfortunately, often guests will send their documents to a no-reply email, and if that was the case we would've asked you to try to send them again. I'm sorry if that caused you any inconvenience. When picking a rental I like to read complete reviews to get a good idea of the condo, so here goes.The bunkbeds are open to the hallway. They are not in a bedroom. This is fine as long as you know. Kitchen. Keurig coffeemaker (full pot and single cup) looks new, toaster, blender, pots/pans, utensils and very pretty plates and bowl set.Three full bathrooms. Towels, hotel size hand soap, shampoo, conditioner , 2 toilet paper rolls, and hairdryer.View is amazing!Pool is nice but freezing!The Management Company was very responsive and kept in contact. We were able to get in the condo early for 25 at 2:00 pm.Bring your own pillows. After taking off the decorative pillows, the sleeping pillows are so flat and floppy.The Queen comforter was filthy.The elevators take forever. Be prepared to wait.The parking garage spaces are tight. Guests fly through and don't take into consideration the tight corners.After getting out of the hot tub we realized we all stunk like BO so bad. We ran up to our room, took showers and washed our bathing suits. It was probably due to all the people in there.Other guests are very loud outside the bedroom windows. A lot of running overhead and in the hallway.One of the toilets wasn't clean and I had to really scrub it. It was disgusting so just make sure things are clean first. Plus, the silverware tray was full of water so we ended up just throwing it all in the dishwasher along with all the plates and bowls.Condo itself is very nice.

Last Second Adjustment due to Hurricane

We adjusted to PCB because of the hurricane. Ad was not accurate as there were only 2 BR. Property staff was rude and not friendly at all. It was as if they all didn’t like their job. Contacted property to discuss but no return message was sent. Wristbands didn’t work even when replaced 3 times. Asked for new ones at property and were told no. Not enough elevators you’ll wait a long time to get down to ground level. Will never stay at Shores of Panama again. Not a fun property.

Our office is open 7 days a week and we have an after hours line. We request guest give us a call with any issues and wish we would have received a call in regards to any cleaning issue. In our software we have the condo listed as a 2 bedroom, we also have it listed in the description that the condo is a 2 bedroom with a bunk area and the 360 virtual tour and photos show that the bunk cubby hole is not actually a bedroom so we are sorry about that confusion. It seems the photos show exactly what the condo is. I am glad we had someone from our office drive down to provide you new armbands. The resort provides those programmed bands to us so unfortunately that is out of our hands as well as the performance of their staff. We wish you best of luck in future travels.

Super clean condo, Inconvenienced staff

The condo itself was really nice, super clean, and had no issues. The elevator situation was not ideal but we knew that it wouldn’t be from reading a bunch of other reviews about the shores of Panama. Be prepared to wait 10-30 minutes to get on the elevator during mid-day. Our biggest issue was the staff at four star condo services and the staff at the shores of Panama. Our room was not provided with a parking pass so we had to drive 15 minutes to the office of four star to get it because the shores would not just give it to us and that went for anything else we needed as well such as extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Luckily we had a rental car but still crazy that they couldn’t bring it to us when we’re the guests. Now for the employees at the shores… rude, rude, rude! If you don’t like your job get a new one! Almost every staff member we had interactions with seemed so inconvenienced by us and we’re rude when we had questions. Overall the condo itself was the only nice thing.

Thank you for booking with us. I'm happy to hear that you found our property to be really nice, super clean, and that you had no issues. We work very hard to keep our property super clean and well maintained. I'm sorry to hear that you ran into an issue with the elevators and that you had an issue with your parking pass. After reviewing your reservation, you requested zero parking passes on the rental agreement that you signed. I also show that when we called you a day before check-in to confirm your armbands and parking passes, you confirmed zero parking passes then also. Two days into your reservation you called requesting two parking passes for the big truck you rented. It appears, that our office requested for you could come by and pick them up, which you agreed to. I'm very sorry that you had such a negative interaction with the Shores of Panama building employees. I will reach out to their HOA and let them know about your experience. I hope you have a better experience during your next vacation.

Rude staff and terrible parking

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was one of the nicest, cleanest condo’s that I have ever stayed in. It was well decorated, and spacious enough for our party of 8+! However, the facilities are the reason I will not stay here anymore. First of all, the parking garage is pure chaos and will literally make you want to cancel the whole trip. There are “assigned” spots, but good luck getting to the 10th floor to the assigned spot for this unit. It’ll take about 30 minutes. Second, the staff on site are rude! One attendant out front talked down to my sister-in-law multiple times until she went off on her. They’re definitely not hospitable. Then there’s the elevator situation. It’s terrible. We had access to 4 elevators, but waited at least 5-10 minutes each time we tried to use them. Because everyone was having to wait so long, they were overcrowding these elevators and it just was not pleasant. Now, on to the pool. If you have little ones, which we did, it is perfect! The walk in area was great for the 2 year olds and older kids! We could let the 2/2 year olds splash and play, while the older kids (7,6,5) got to swim and play their hearts out. My only complaint about the pool area was people throwing balls in the pool. The pools are crowded because it’s beach season, but there was people throwing balls like they owned the place. Several of our kids were hit in the head. Security did make several people put their ball away when they noticed it. Beach access was great! Overall, we had a fantastic time, and enjoyed ourself but we will not stay here during busy times again.

We work very hard to make sure our property is ready for each of our guests. I'm very sorry to hear about the situation with your kids getting hit in the head by a ball, but I'm happy to hear that security ended up doing something about it. My favorite time of year at the beach is September, the water is warm the pools are close to empty and there is never a wait for an elevator! Hope you come back soon!

Property management was very good with contacting us back when we had some issues. The condo was the standard clean but definitely needs to be deep cleaned.
