We ask that you treat the property as if it were your own. Any damage or deterioration may result in a deduction from your security deposit.

Cleanliness & Waste Disposal
Please follow the sorting instructions and use the appropriate bins:
General waste: standard trash can
Recyclables: recyclable packaging (plastic, cardboard, etc.)
Glass: Dispose of glass exclusively in the designated glass recycling bins
It is prohibited to leave trash bags in common areas or outside the accommodation.

No smoking
The entire residence is smoke-free, including areas near the windows. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarette butts in the ashtrays, not on the ground.

Respect for the Neighborhood
Out of respect for the neighbors, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

Guests & Events
Parties and gatherings are prohibited unless prior authorization has been granted for a specific event (wedding, baptism, etc.). The number of guests may not exceed the number specified in the reservation.

Safety & Energy Conservation
Please remember:
When leaving the accommodation, turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances
Close the windows and lock the door before you leave
On the day of your departure, we ask that you:
Leave the accommodation clean and tidy
Take out the trash
Wash the dishes or run the dishwasher
Return furniture and items in their original places

We have implemented a personalized check-in process managed by a dedicated reception manager.

Prior Contact: Your reception manager will contact you 3 days before your arrival to organize your arrival and answer any questions you may have.
Check-in (Arrival): Arrival time: between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM (a surcharge applies for arrivals after 8:00 PM upon request). Upon your arrival, you will be met directly at the accommodation to receive the keys in person. An inventory list will be prepared with you to ensure transparency and peace of mind.
Check-out (Departure): Departure time: before 10:00 AM. On the day of your departure, an inventory list will also be prepared, and the keys will be returned.
Security deposit: 2,500 € via credit card authorization
