In our house, at the foot of the Kottmar (583 m, Spree source) - in the center of Upper Lusatia, there are 2 holiday apartments (for max. 5 or 7 people each), a 2-bed room (max. 4 people) and one Disabled accessible 4-bed room (max. 5 people). Free WiFi throughout the property.

All accommodations have free WiFi, satellite color TV and shower / toilet, and hot water heating and can therefore be booked all year round. The kitchen is fully equipped. The tiled bathrooms each have a shower, toilet and sink.
A shared lounge (heating period with surcharge) can be used with billiards and balcony.
There is a flower and vegetable garden at the house. This is followed by a large playground with garden shed, table tennis, garden chess) with fruit trees (500sqm). A seating area for our guests with garden furniture, barbecue area and play equipment is also available in the garden. On the west side of the house there is a terrace where you can enjoy the evening sun. Bicycles are also available for rental. There are enough parking spaces at the house
