Pecan Hill House

I want to respond to to this review, because the things that Mindy said are wildly exaggerated. Mindy texted me the night of her stay asking for a refund because she saw a police car on the road and didn’t feel safe, however there is a police station about 2 blocks away, if anything she should feel more safe to know there are police nearby. After Mindy called me she then proceeded to send message after message harassing me and threatening me with all the bad things she would say online and at Baylor university if I didn’t give her a refund. I then contacted Vrbo and they advised me no to answer any more harassing messages from Mindy. The house is not a trailer, it is a home that was built in the 80s, and it was recently renovated and calling that was a low jab. There is a small chain link fence around the back yard for the safety of children ect…that to me is not a bad thing. There happen to be a small tear that was 1/2 cm long and it had just torn in the washer the day that Mindy was supposed to stay I take things like that very seriously, but unfortunately my cleaners didn’t have a spare to change it, Mindy said she had proof of shredded shams but failed to provide said proof. The neighbor across the street 3 houses down has a small inside puppy, and I just can’t believe she could say that kind of thing about dogs.
