Our newly built (2015) apartment with a size of about 90m² can accommodate 2-6 people and is located throughout the 2nd Floor. The property is not only ideal for families with children, but also for a small group of friends as it has 3 separate double bedrooms with extra laundry facilities.

The small hamlet Haderlehn is located on a small, idyllic plateau about 2 km above Sautens. A perfect place to spend a few days in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere surrounded by nature.

summer vacation:
Our apartment is surrounded by beautiful mountains of the Ötztal Alps and are the starting point for hikes and mountain tours. Outdoor activities such as rafting, mountain biking, paragliding, high ropes course and much more is offered in the immediate vicinity and can be reached in just a few minutes. From mid-June to October, the cable car Hochötz is open and offers a magnificent panorama at 2000m above sea level. And with the newly built WIDIVERSUM in 2016 with 17 play and adventure stations around the reservoir Hochötz a must for all families!

Winter vacation:
In winter, our apartment is an ideal starting point to the various well-known ski resorts such as. Hochötz, Sölden, Kühtai, Obergurgl, Hochzeiger and the glacier areas Rettenbachferner, Tiefenbachferner and Pitztal Glacier.

The nearest family ski area Hochötz (about 10 minutes away) is connected by a direct ski bus shuttle directly from our accommodation, convenient and free.
Also 2 toboggan runs are in direct proximity.

Summer and winter, the Ötztal / Sautens offers a wide range of activities for young and old, whether you want to make your holiday a little more comfortable, or maybe you rather want to experience more excitement.
