Beautiful Pine Interior Modern Lake-front house on Houghton Lake with 125 ft dock and 50 ft of Sandy beach in shallow waters for the kids to play in. Two picnic tables, wooden swing and large fire pit by the water. Two bedrooms, queen bed and one with double bed, pull out queen couch. Large. T.V. with internet. Open view of the lake that’s just steps outside front door. One and a half bath. Modern kitchen with everything you will need to prepare your meals. Sorry no dishwasher.
Washer and dryer. Houghton Lake stores are approximately 12 miles, Corner store within walking distance. We also offer an adjoining bunk house which sleeps 3-5. The bunk house offers Double/single bunkbed, futon, large t.v., air conditioning, just steps outside the back door of the home. Ask us how to add to your stay. Additional 2 roll away beds if needed. Lots of shade on hot days. Air conditioning for your comfort. Full sun on lake waters.
You can also enjoy use of 17 ft aqua water mat great for floating on hot days . Several float toys available free.
This year we will be offering new 2023 Pontoon rental with your stay, Competitive pricing.

Charming & cozy

The cabin was very cozy and quaint. Cabin was very clean and comfortable . The owner was super friendly and very accessible with any needs or questions. Open the back door to a beautiful view of the lake. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again .

The lake is just STEPS from the door. The cabin was spotless ( not 1 spider either ! ) Cindy was absolutely wonderful !! We were there for 3 full days and wish we could’ve stayed longer !!! Great, Great Time !!!!!! I highly recommend!

North Houghton Lake

Really enjoyed our stay. Though an old cabin, it was purchased in the last two years by the current owners with tons of very comfortable updates. Beds were very comfortable, nice dock, 300 yards of gradual sandy slope in the water. We had a good time. Wish we knew how/where to fish this massive lake better but that would be the only disappointment. Very comfrtable, quiet, relaxing vacation.

12/10 – Perfect Family Getaway!We had the most amazing stay at the Little’s Lake House on Houghton Lake! The cottage was clean, cozy, and felt like home the moment we walked in. The kitchen was fully stocked—even an air fryer!—and there were tons of toys, games, and cozy blankets to keep everyone happy and entertained.The boat rental process was super easy. Cruising to the sand bars was a blast, and we enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Shrimp Shack nearby.The best part? We made lifelong memories with four generations under one roof. This place truly has something for everyone. We couldn’t recommend it more—book it now if it’s available! 12/10!Thanks for everything, Cindy!

Littles Red Cabin

Great Cabin with Dock on N. Houghton Lake. Stayed with Wife and Daughter for a 4 Day weekend, and there was Plenty of room. Exactly as Pictured! Views were Amazing! Tons of Games and Water toys available from the Owner. Will Definitely be Going Back!!

Amazing place!

My family and I all thoroughly enjoyed this vacation. Cindy was very accommodating and great to rent from. Rented a boat and jet ski one day and there was plenty of room on the dock for them! Shallow area to swim and breathtaking views! My 3 yr old son loved the hammock and running up and down the dock. House was very clean and bunk house was an added bonus…it was like brand new in there. All redone. Thanks again Cindy! Maybe next time we can rent your pontoon! 😉 lol

Our family loved the location, cleanliness, and functionality of this cabin! The bunk house was a great addition to the property and our grandchildren loved the lily pad to play in the lake! The owners were very accommodating and good communicators! We would love to stay here again!

We only rent this property a few times a year, as it is our gathering place for our family. We are a pet friendly home.

This is our family cabin that our family will gather at throughout the year, and we think you will enjoy it as much as we do. We are striving to have new toys or updates as we go along for everyone's enjoyment. Beautiful setting right on Houghton Lake front with sandy waters. We also have a 100ft dock with Platform and Rocking Chairs.
While we are calling the home our Rustic Lake Cabin because of the log furniture and and pine interior it is decorated in, It is warm and inviting. We also offer a bunkhouse with double/single bunkbed, futon, large T.V. just steps outside the back entrance. Just ask us how you can add this to your stay.
