What a beautiful house, with rooftop terrace and bonus billiards room. Perfect size and location for our stay. Very modern and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I visited Cincinnati with another couple to celebrate my 60th birthday and had the good fortune of having rented Besuden House. The location is perfect for the great nearby restaurants, shopping on Vine Street, etc. Pictures in the listing almost didn't do it justice, it is such a beautiful, amazing house with each floor offering impressive style, furniture, and furnishings. The indoor and outdoor spaces are great to spend time relaxing, the kitchen is well outfitted and the coffee station is a really nice touch. The four of us had a very difficult time leaving Besuden House, and hope that we can visit again someday. 100% recommended!

Overall, the stay was good. The property looked as described in the listing, it was beautifully designed, and everything my group hoped for. I would absolutely stay here again. Some areas of improvements are the cleanliness of areas that don’t typically get much traffic or are easily visible. For example, the lighting fixtures above the kitchen island were incredibly dusty, the inside of the fridge was a little dirty, there was a damp or musty smell all over the property which could be due to it being an older structure, and the response time when the host is called. There was a strange beeping noise that went off from around 11 PM until late in the morning. We couldn’t figure out where it was coming from and how to stop it, so I called the host number, but no one answered and they never responded. We were forced to sleep through it. A suggestion for the smell is for some candles to be burnt in between stays, open the windows to air out the place, and have air fresheners to keep the home smelling fresh.

Beautiful place with so much space! Location was amazing. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed and all of our interactions with the property manager were helpful and great!

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home, 2 outdoor spaces which was so nice to hang out on roof deck and also the downstairs patio. Plenty of drinks ware & plates, lots of cooking utensils so can do whatever meals in. All the rooms immaculately decorated, we had an amazing time!

Amazing

What a beautiful house. Went to Cincy for a ball game. The connector is right across the street from the house and you can get around the city very easily. The pictures of the house online are great but when you actually see the house it is amazing. Thank you, we'll be back next year

Road Trip

Traveled through with our rally car group and stayed one night in Cincinnati. This house is FANTASTIC! No detail missed here. We joked about not even continuing on our trip and just staying because it was such a gem!

Wonderful Girls Weekend

What an amazing weekend. We rented this home for my bachelorette weekend and I’m so glad we did. From the furnishings, 2 outdoor spaces and overall beauty of the house we couldn’t have asked for more. The host was super attentive and easy to communicate with! I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful home… decorated for the holidays!

This was a very well managed, beautiful home that had everything you would ever need. Glassware and bedding was beautiful. Home was clean and the decor was absolutely gorgeous. They even decorated the home for the holidays. It was perfect for a little girls night out downtown. Wonderful!

Better Than We Imagined

We had a 5-person company retreat at this lovely property and from the moment we walked in, it was better than we expected! From the stunning decor to the attention to detail that made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable, we were thrilled! I've booked dozens of stays over the years and this is one of the loveliest - there were nice touches everywhere, including plenty of K-cups for our stay, and even Q-tips in the master bath. Just really thoughtful and accommodating. We'll definitely stay here again!

Amazing Property & Location

We were in town for a Univ of Cincy soccer game and also attended a Reds game. The house was amazing. Roof deck and the patio off the kitchen were fantastic. There were lots of restaurants we could easily walk to. Once we arrived we parked in the parking garage which was very close and very inexpensive and we walked everywhere or took the trolley/tram. The trolley is just a few feet away from the house. We will definitely be staying there again!

I booked this property for a group of 10 teachers to hold a working retreat. I was specifically looking for a place that could sleep 10. This is the part that threw a wrench into our retreat. Upon arrival, we were impressed with the size of the space and its cleanliness. After sitting down to work at the 10-person dining table, we realized the downstairs air conditioning was not working. We also found the refrigerator was only cooling to 60 degrees. I messaged our host, who replied that the fridge door must not have been shut completely, as had happened previously. We agreed to keep an eye on it. Meanwhile, we moved our laptops to the third floor couch so we could continue working as best we could.I received a call from the host, who walked me through troubleshooting the air conditioning, which involved flipping a breaker. The fridge went down a few degrees and the host offered the use of the smaller fridge located in the garage. At this point, we had already brought up essentials to the small dorm-size fridge on the third floor.When we stopped work for the night, we all went looking for our beds. It turns out that the room advertised as having two twin beds and two trundle beds had been replaced with one queen bed, so we were two beds short. A couple teachers who lived 10 minutes away offered to go home. Later, the host messaged that there were two air mattresses available. Parking was also an issue as the nearby garage required us to move our cars every several hours.
