A 50 inch TV offers satellite entertainment and free wifi is included for your stay. Experience the most spectacular sunsets and glow from the waters of Lake Eufaula, direct from this unit. Overlooking the ridge, there is an abundance of wildlife to view from the patio, or on the hiking trail right outside the door. Feel a sense of security with storm shelter on site and gated entrance. Your private outdoor campfire area finalizes your day of adventure, or relaxation, and is complete with camp chairs.

The cabin was as represented it was clean and well stocked. The porch light is out and that created a bit of concern going up and down the steps. Once I found where to plug in the accent lights it was better. The ice maker in refrigerator did not work other than those two small issues everything was great. We would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing birthday weekend! I told my husband I wanted a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of our every day life, and did this place hit the nail on the head! We felt right at home. The bed was comfortable, the deep jetted bath tub was amazing and the view…THE BEST! We spent the majority of our time on the deck grilling and enjoying the view! I can’t wait to be back and explore the area! (The ONLY downside for us was there was no oven or toaster oven…we cook all of our meals due to a deathly allergy, but we just made some modifications in the meals we bought). It definitely wasn’t a deal breaker at all. I just felt it was worth mentioning for future guests.

Property is pleasant with a Great Lake view. Maintenance on this property is lacking. Air conditioner doesn’t work properly 80 degrees in the afternoon. The tile in the bathroom floor has holes, needs re-grouting . Dead plant on top of the refrigerator. Wall clock doesn’t work.

Quiet and private

Cute house! Great view! Very relaxing. Would definitely recommend to others! It's not directly on the water, but the relaxing atmosphere was more important for us and the lake was only about 5 minutes away by vehicle. It was clean and check-in and out was easy. Deb was quick to respond. Great place!

Eufaula Lake View

Was exactly as advertised! We had a wonderful time. Breathtaking is an accurate description. Wonderful sunsets…..as well as dark skies!!There is also a nice easy walking trail. Bed was super comfortable. Whirlpool bath was nice. The tap water was very good…that was a complaint i read in a previous review. WiFi also worked great! We have no complaints! Highly recommended!!!

Great getaway locations

I enjoyed this property! Waking up to the view of the lake was amazing. The house was nice and updated and the ground were very nicely done. The only thing I could say was inconvenient was the internew didn’t work all that well but nothing at fault of the owners and it was simply the location, but they had dish tv so we could enjoy that. Also the heating unit was a little loud but they had a cozy fireplace in the wall that provided some heat as well during the colder stays. Overall awesome getaway location for a couple!

Weekend Get Away

Cabin was as advertised. Kitchen came fully equipped with a stove top, microwave, no oven, grill on deck, utensils, pots, pans, plates and glasses. Bathroom had everything you needed as well towels, ropes which we absolutely loved, shampoo and bodywash. The view was amazing from all angles. Definitely recommend this cabin to anyone. We would rent this cabin again. Perfect for a Couples Retreat.

Amazing view

This was our second time staying at calico heights. This time we stayed in the blue cabin. It has a really nice covered patio that faces the lake. We sat out there every evening to watch the sunset. The views are AMAZING!

Property is just as described. We would stay again 👍 Only thing I would advise future visitors is to consider bringing their own drinking water. The ice and water from the refrigerator was out of order and the tap water tasted very unpleasant.

Lovely views, cute place, lots of nats inside

Loved the adorable space, perfect for my two people who want to be cozy. Amazing views! Lots of nats in the bathroom in the morning, like an extreme amount. Lots died covered tub, shower, & sink. There were even more Sunday morning. Could not have stayed another day with all the nats.

Relaxing weekend away

The best getaway spot! Beautiful scenery, relaxing porch views, the cabin is cozy, and it’s in a really good location! The cabin was stocked well, we checked out the guest supply cabin and they had yard games, extra appliances, dvds, etc. we didn’t use any but we could see it coming in handy if needed!! Overall, a very great stay and we plan on coming back again! Thank you!!!

Gorgeous and serene

Very very clean. Gorgeous inside and out. Quiet spot even with several other cabins around. Amazing view of the lake from balcony. Bed was very comfortable which is a huge plus for us and our backs. Need to relax in style? This is your spot!!
