Former ceramic studio, with 1000m2 large, idyllic garden, fruit trees, cichard and old stables at the bottom. The house 80m2 was gently renovated in 2015 while remaining authentic. Outside, a new roof was made and a thermal protection facade.

Many leisure activities in the area (hiking, biking, horse riding, canoeing, swimming, sailing, windsurfing, St. Martin's Therme, culture, excursions, Lake Neusiedl, Leitha-Au, nature reserve Seewinkel).

Family suitable, animals possible, a lot of space at the bottom.

The house has living room and bedroom a fully equipped kitchen incl. Washing machine, bath plus bath, a gas central heating and a stove.

The neighborhood

Nickesldorf has a jazz gallery, a cultural club, art at the Kleylehof, a friendly local community and artists like to settle here. There is a Nah & Frisch in town, a Weinschenke and several restaurants.

Please note:

The house is fully equipped, because we vacation here, if there are no guests. House and garden are left natural. Nature-loving individualists and art lovers who like vintage and shabby chic styles will feel comfortable here. However, people who like it sterile will prefer a hotel. We of course order cleaning staff before your visit, but are not a tourism business.
