House Ilka - cozy half of a holiday home in a top location with garden & terrace on Harle

House Ilka is located in the beautiful Carolinensiel-Harlesiel, in the middle of a well-kept residential area directly on the Harle. The house is a corner house with terrace, garden and garden house, as well as two car parking spaces directly at the house in a quiet play street, 50m from the Harle and promenade.
The location is very central. 10 minutes walk to the old port or 10 minutes in the other direction to the fish temple coastal smokehouse Albrecht. 2 playgrounds are in the immediate vicinity. The indoor pool Cliner Quelle is also within walking distance. The sea is only a 15-minute walk away.
In the house come a total of max. 6 adults or z. B. 4 adults and 3 children under.
In November 2017, the holiday home was completely refurbished. Starting with the furniture, over mattresses, blankets and pillows, electrical appliances and cozy decorative items for your well-being on site. In March 2018 we painted the whole house again and built a second parking space right next to the house. You can now easily park with two cars right next to the house.
On the ground floor of the house is the spacious living and dining area with a cozy couch corner with smart TV + new Blueray player and a dining area for 6 people and a toddler who invites you to linger. Connected to this is the paved terrace with comfortable seating for 6 people, a charcoal grill and a garden with a garden shed. There are six bicycles incl. Bicycle locks (four for adults and two children's bicycles) that you are welcome to use. More bicycles are available nearby at the bike rental. There is also a new wagon in the garden shed that you can use to take it to the beach. Also on the ground floor is the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and new, high-quality kitchen appliances from WMF (coffee machine, toaster, kettle and egg cooker), as well as new dishes. A small bathroom with toilet is also on the ground floor.

On the first floor there is a bedroom for two adults with a large double bed (180x200cm) with the best mattresses from Stiftung Warentest (Bodyguard) ever tested for your restful sleep, wardrobe, wicker chair and new children's travel center. The children's travel bed from Hauck includes a raised bed for newborns, mobile with music box, hanging basket with compartments and a practical changing mat.
The second bedroom on the first floor is also for two people and contains two separate beds with the dimensions 90x200cm, a bedside table and a chair, as well as a practical closet. The central bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine is the last room of the 1st Stick.
The second floor is comfortably under the roof of the house, where the third and last bedroom is. Here is again a large double bed for two people (180x200cm) with the excellent mattresses (bodyguard), a chest of drawers, a wicker chair and a practical closet for your luggage.
You have the option of conveniently getting towels and bed linen from the property management on site: bed linen (12.00 EUR / person) and towels (6.00 EUR / person).
The range of towels includes: 1 shower towel and 2 normal towels, as well as, no matter how many packages are ordered: 1-2 shower rugs and 2 dish towels.
A bread service can also be booked with the property management. You can decide on site for your combination of fresh baked goods, which the local Becker brings in the morning directly to the front door of the holiday home.

The bicycle is the most popular and suitable means of transport in Carolinensiel-Harlesiel. Well-developed and signposted footpaths and cycle paths leave the fine sandy beach with the heated sea water outdoor pool (approx. 1500m), the center with the many shops and restaurants (approx. 500m), the Cliner source with child care, spa garden, 30 degree C brine bath , Sauna and solarium (approx. 300m) as well as the children's playground (approx. 80m).
Carolinensiel-Harlesiel has three ports to offer. The ferry and cutter harbor right in front of the dike offers fishing cutter and island trips (e.g. to Wangerooge or Helgoland), the marina and the beautiful museum harbor with the German harbor harbor museum in 'Groot Hus' invite you to go on excursions and walks. The amusement park with water park in Wittmund-Isums can be reached in a few minutes by car and offers fun for young and old.
