The apartment is located on the first floor of a building 50 meters from the beach. It can accommodate 2-3 people: one double sofa bed and one single wall bed. The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, a two-burner cooktop, a microwave, and a television. It also features a 6m² balcony with a partial view of the pine forest by the beach and a private parking space.
Sheets and towels are not provided but can be rented.
End-of-stay cleaning is not included (cleaning fee of €50).

The "Le Président" residence is a beachfront building with an elevator. You only need to cross the pedestrian promenade to reach the sand. Parking spaces are located on either side of the building and are not numbered. Access to the building is secured by a code.
