Great family get away. Lots of room for the littles to roam and the sauna was fabulous. Only drawback was no dock for our pontoon. Otherwise great place to stay.

The house was beautiful and was a perfect place for my family. It was close to Itasca State Park which made it easy for us.The game room was amazing. The bedrooms roomy and the kitchen had everything we needed. I highly recommend.

This property was absolutely perfect for an MEA weekend getaway to the north woods with our grand children. Our main objective was to get our grandkids into nature and then enjoy family meals and games back at the house. This place is a family getaway dream!!There was a pool table, air hockey, ping pong table and legit arcade games. There were board games and smart TV’s and plenty of space for Spot It, Uno, What Time is it Mr Fox? and Huckle Buckle Beanstalk (some of our family’s favorite games)!!We ate every meal in and did all of our food prep at home. I was so relieved there are 2 full-sized refrigerators, plus a separate beverage cooler. The adults enjoyed a sauna after a chilly hike. The hosts were great communicators and left the sweetest little gift. It was cold and windy and we were hoping for a campfire, but the weather wasn’t quite right for our littles. Even so, the yard was perfect for a fun fall craft. I definitely want to book this property again. It was the perfect launch point to fun at Itasca State park and provided our family everything we needed to make precious memories that will last a lifetime!

We had a great time at this property. 6 adults and 5 kids had plenty of room for relaxing and enjoying time together. The basement was a hit with the kids and the Dads. Pool, Air Hocky, and video games kept them busy for hours.The kitchen was well stocked with a second small kitchen and refrigerator in the basement.The weather was perfect for early morning coffee on the deck and smores over a campfire in the evening.Lots of parking if you wish to bring your boat. The house is near public lake access.There is not access to swimming from the property but there are swimming beaches within just a few miles.We would enjoying staying here again.

We had a great time! Everything was clean, worked properly, kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need, it was just awesome! Location was close to town so if something was forgotten it was just a quick run. The grandkids had a ball! We would stay again for sure!

Fun area

Easy to get to. Bar, golf course and town within minutes. Everyone was nice that we talked to.

Family Vacation

Had a couple questions about the house, but the Host responded immediately. The house was a great fit for our family. Loved the family room downstairs. It was a great weekend!

Great Place with lots to do.

Spent 4 night here and enjoyed it very much. Large, clean rental. Communication with host was excellent. Rained the first 2 days but with the game room no one was bored. Large property come in handy since we had 4 vehicles with trailers. Would stay again if we come back to this area.

Beautiful house and location!!!

The house was everything and more than what was in the listing. We had 10 adults and three children had plenty of space and so much fun stuff to do at the house and in Park Rapids. Thank you for a wonderful stay and a much-needed family gathering.

Fantastic stay at Eagles Nest.

Our stay at Eagles Nest over labor day weekend was fantastic! The home was very clean and had everything you would expect to find in a rental home. The arcade games and ping pong were a hit with the kids. Great view of potato lake and very close to a boat launch. Richelle was very communicative and quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely stay again!

Peaceful Getaway

We enjoyed the peace and quiet offered by The Eagles Nest. The views were beautiful and the space worked great for a group of adults gathering for a long weekend. Richelle was great to work with and quick to respond. Thank you!

Wonderfully Fun Getaway

Such a beautiful home! So fun for the kids! We had a couple rainy days and the kids didn’t mind at with all the fun entertainment downstairs. Check in/out was easy and every detail was smooth thanks to our host. We will absolutely book again. Thank you!

Beautiful modern and spacious

What a great property! Even though we had a rainy weekend, we had a great time playing tons of games, having a fire and eating tons of food There was a lot of space for us 8 friends to sleep and hangout. A good communal area is hard to find but this was perfect. A challenge course is just down the road which was a highlight. Good location to go into Park Rapids.

Annual snowmobile trip

Overall the trip was good. We had some minor issues with the thermostat, kept resetting to 60 degrees at night and getting really cold. Richelle was notified a couple times and was finally able to correct the problem. Property was nice. Nice location for fishing and snowmobiling.

Summer Vacation

The property and the house were very beautiful! It was a great location to see the sights in the area. We had a great time!! Richelle was very quick to respond to our questions and concerns! I would highly recommend this property for a large group! Each family was able to have their own rooms and there was plenty of room for all of us to gather in the common areas. The video games, ping pong table, and air hockey were a big hit with the whole family!

Amazing!!!

Rented this over Thanksgiving for my family (5 with kids ages 8,6,4) and my 2 siblings and their spouses. Kid room with bunk beds was awesome setup. The arcade games and ping pong with the tv there with good speakers - great. Tons of fridge space and multiple areas perfect for giving people a little space at times. Liked the Bible verse too :) Great view from the kitchen / living room. Beds are really nice. Of course an awesome area.

Great stay at the Eagle Nest!

This house is all as described in the listing! My fishing club was having a tournament on Potato Lake and the Eagle’s Nest was home base for 7 of us for 3 nights. The property more than met our needs; great well stocked kitchen, comfortable common areas for hanging out, and a lot with a Great Lake view. There is a public access right in front of the house that worked for 19 to 20 foot bass boats and plenty of parking for cars with boat trailers AND outlet to charge boat battles at night. We all enjoyed our stay and Richelle always answered our questions quickly and thoughtfully.
