The house is located in the small village of Lagarde Paréol; shops are 5 km away in the village of Sainte Cécile les Vignes, known for its market.

Very close to the Château de Suze-la-Rousse, Vaison-la-Romaine for its Provençal market on Tuesdays, Gigondas, Séguret (one of the most beautiful villages in France), Grignan and its castle, Avignon and its Palace of the Popes and its festival in July, Orange and its Roman Theatre, Nyons for its black olives and olive oil and its Thursday market, Mont Ventoux for cycling enthusiasts or simply to enjoy the recreational areas and the view.

The fully air-conditioned house comprises two bedrooms, a separate toilet, and a shower room on the upper floor; and three bedrooms, each with its own shower room (one with a toilet), a separate toilet, a large open-plan kitchen and dining room, a cozy living room, and a lounge in the conservatory, all opening onto a terrace that wraps around the front of the house, promising exceptional and captivating moments (view), overlooking the swimming pool area (secured with an electric cover), the 6-person jacuzzi, with its own shower area, toilet, and shower.
