An enclosed courtyard and 273 m² of fenced-in grounds are available for guests’ use. Cleaning fee: €30 required for business travelers. Sheet rental: €5 per set, required for business travelers; if the cleaning fee and sheet rental are not paid at the time of booking, they must be paid on-site to the owners. 8 kWh of electricity per day included (meter reading taken upon arrival and departure); any excess will be billed based on actual consumption.
