Beautiful 2-room apartment in Zempin only 150m from the beautiful sandy beach. We rent year-round for 3 persons and toddler up to 2 years in the very quiet seaside resort Zempin, on the sunny island of Usedom on the Baltic Sea, with 50m² of living space and large covered balcony with furniture. The apartment is stepless and barrier-free to reach. The shower is at ground level with folding seat. The toilet has side support devices. For the toddler is a cot blanket and a pillow available. From all 2 rooms they have a magnificent view of the dune forest. The apartment has a car Stellpatz. On the property there is a shared barbecue. The house has a common room with kitchen, bar and seating for 15 people. This room can be rented for sociable hours and celebrations. A laundry room with washer and dryer (coin meter) is available for shared use. It is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. It is about 10 minutes walk to the station of the Bäderbahn. Bakers, restaurants, supermarket and the small port of Zempin are within easy walking distance. In the neighboring town Zinnowitz there is a cinema, the theater Vineta and the amber baths which are worth a visit. The place Zempin is located at the narrowest point between the Baltic Sea and Achterwasser.
