The newly furnished apartment with a size of 79m² invites with its cozy ambience and the two balconies, a feel for the good. Here you can switch off the stress of everyday life and feel comfortable in a pleasant atmosphere. For families with children is taken care of, a beautiful playground is located within the complex. On the premises there is a communal barbecue area that can be used as well as a communal laundry and drying room with 2 washing machines and 1 dryer.

The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, glasses, cutlery and crockery.
