The "Aimee" - Cute Cottage In The Desirable Island Section! Dog Friendly!

Take a look at this adorable cottage located in the highly sought-after "Island Section" of Hampton Beach! We just totally renovated the bathroom and the mattresses are brand new!! This two-bedroom cottage features one double bed in each bedroom and is situated just a few steps (175 yards/3-minute walk) away from the pristine white sand beach, without the need to cross Ocean Boulevard. It is NOT oceanfront. There is a plethora of amenities available within a short walking distance, including various restaurants and shops, as well as exciting activities such as deep-sea fishing, whale watching, para-sailing, mini-golf, free concerts at the new Seashell stage, and weekly fireworks during the peak season! Additionally, golf courses, Water Country, and the Kittery Outlet Malls are just a short drive away, and Portsmouth is only a 25-minute drive, while Boston is approximately an hour away.

This is an upstairs unit, but the lower unit is used only for storage and is not occupied. The cottage is completely furnished and boasts brand new mattresses, a new bathroom, new windows and siding with recently installed wood floors, a newly renovated full kitchen, expanded cable on a new flat screen TV, free wireless internet and AC. It has a gas grill and picnic table in the shared back yard. There is a cozy front porch perfect for relaxing and a small back deck as well. All you need to bring are your linens and paper goods, and you can start enjoying the stunning beach. To make your stay even more convenient, a beach umbrella, beach buggy, and beach chairs are also provided, along with free Wi-Fi!

NO SMOKING or tobacco use of any kind (and NO "vape" or e-cigarettes either) are allowed anywhere on the premises including the porches and yard! This is NOT a party place. We live next door. Parking for ONE car in the yard. 

We are dog friendly - upon approval you may bring ONE well-behaved, friendly, quiet, and fully vaccinated dog ($150 per week Pet Fee will apply).

Sweet cottage, amazing location!

We loved our stay: the cottage was clean and we had everything we needed. The barbecue area is well decorated and the flowers are a nice touch. There is access to the beach at the end of the road, which was great with the kids. We had a great time and I highly recommend the place!

The property was clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect for a quick walk to the beach and the boardwalk. It was easy access to drive to and from. It was good that the house had air conditioning. The hosts were pleasant and non-intrusive. The area was conducive to a quiet and restful stay. The beach was not too crowded for the last two weeks of the season.

Most beautiful property on the beach!

I’ve walked by this property for years and loved it. We always referred to it as the “pretty flower house.” I was shocked to see it was available for the week of 4th of July. We had great communication with the owners, the neighbors were fantastic. Most the property was amazing! It’s so well kept, but still has the quaint cottage style look that you expect from Hampton beach. 10/10 would recommend!! Thank you so much for having us!

small bathroom and storage

The bathroom was way too small, and the toilet was very low to the floor. The kitchen cabinets were full and left with very little room to store food.

Thank you so much for the 5 star review! We were very happy to hear that you took full advantage of our excellent location to explore this beautiful sea coast area. Although the kitchen is compact, it does feature full-size appliances and everything needed to cook complete meals. As the pictures show, the bathroom is indeed small, but it has just been totally renovated and the toilet is standard height. Thank you for leaving the cottage in such excellent condition!

You won't be disappointed!

Where do I start? Lynn is a great communicator and answered all of my questions prior to arriving. The Aimee Cottage is where I stayed and it was just right for my needs! Beautiful flower baskets to look at and I couldn't have been happier! The beach access is just up the street and you are supplied a little cart and a couple of beach chairs to use. I will definitely be back in the future! Thank you Lynn for sharing your charming home and hospitality! Shawna H.
