The condo is located inside a boutique hotel which allows guests to use the gym, steam room, sauna, outdoor pool area with jacuzzi, business center, and on-site restaurant. 1 parking spot is included. Top Notch Coconut Grove Condo

Condo was immaculate and well appointed with a lot of nice extra touches. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was super nice. Loved the location across from the Coconut Grove Sailing Club and waterfront and close to lots of amazing shops and restaurants.

Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

This was our 4th stay here. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. The location is perfect to walk around Coconut Grove, to the grocery, to the Marina, to all the happenings. Cory is wonderful to work with, professional, responsive, generous. All good things.

A+ stay in Coconut Grove

Very nicely upgraded unit at the Mutiny Hotel. Easy walk to everything in the Grove. Everything you need, plus a lot of things you would never expect in a Vrbo apt. We’ll definitely stay here again

A month in Coconut Grove

The property was exactly as pictured. It was nicely appointed and very comfortable with very nice amenities including beach chairs and towels! The location was perfect . Everything was nearby. . We would love to stay at this property again!

Everything we want for a week in Coconut Grove.

This was our 3rd stay in this condo and we've already booked for another. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Cory is wonderful to work with, professional, kind, generous. The location is perfect, walkable to restaurants, shopping, grocery, bars, the marina, ice cream. Everything we want for a week in Coconut Grove.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Mutiny. Our host and residence was more than we could of have asked for. The location is central to everything Miami has to offer. The Grove setting is casual and the restaurants offer a wide array of cusine options. We reconnected with old friends and enjoyed dining in the Grove and downtown Miami.

Awesome place ,with a view

Cory was excellent!! Has such a great view of the Bay from the balcony!! 4th of July was “WOW” we watched the drone show from the balcony, perfect!! It was real nice having the full kitchen to make our meals!! Stay here!! You will love it!!

Cant say enough good things about this property and host. Unit was clean and every detail considered which included fresh croissants, good coffee selection, fruit and spa quality bath products. Location was awesome! Shops, restaurants and boat tours just steps away. Many thanks Cory!

Fun Getaway

We loved our stay at this Bayview condo. Great location and the host thought of everything. The location is within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, bay front, parks and church. We enjoyed the pool area and all the condo had to offer, comfortable bed , great shower, well equipped kitchen and balcony overlooking pool and bay views. We will definitely stay here again when back in the area. Thank you to Cory! He’s an outstanding host.

This property has it all!

This was one of the nicest VRBOs I have stayed in. It was very clean, tastefully decorated, accommodating, with generous amenities. The location is perfect if you want to be in the center of Coconut Grove activities, convenient to bars n restaurants n grocery n the park n the marino. Corey is a "super" host. He made every extra effort to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again. This property has it all!

Heaven in April

Cory's condo was perfect for our trip to Miami for a wedding. We stayed extra days on either side of the wedding and we had the flexibility of eating "at home" or going out and it was wonderful to have that option. Coconut Grove is a wonderful location for walking and eating and it was close enough to Calle Ocho that we walked although the walk back was tougher in the late afternoon heat. Ubers were plentiful and efficient and we didn't need a car. Wonderful location and very homey stay at Corey's condo. We would stay again!

It was a pleasure working with Cory, the host. He was responsive, offered easy checkin/checkout, generous amenities, professional and, generally, a nice guy. The unit was exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable. The kitchen was equipped well, plus added treats like croissants, fresh fruit, plus, plus. The location is the best in the area with only a short walk to fine restaurants, bars, and shopping. We stayed for 6 nights and this was our 2nd stay. Already booked our 3rd stay for the future.

One of the best and memorable stays

This was by far one of the most memorable stays. Cory personally met us upon arrival and showed us around the building and his beautiful place. Cory is hands down is on of the best hosts out there! The place is very tastefully decorated, spotless clean and had everything you could possibly think of to enjoy your stay. The balcony, the pool and the view is just so picturous and truly amazing. Location is one of the best in Miami with large selection of restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walking distance. Five stars all the way - highly highly recommended!

Perfect Getaway

Cory was a great host. Very responsive with any communication. The unit was extremely clean and decorated nicely. Made us feel at home. I never experienced so many amenities; having snacks upon arrival was perfect after a long travel day. Nice touch! Location was great. You really could walk to a great variety of restaurants in Coconut Grove. The Mutiny was clean as well and the pool area was extremely relaxing. If we return to the area, we’ll stay here!

Wonderful accommodations and location!

We so enjoyed our stay in your darling well-equipped condo! I loved some of the unique touches you had! One of the best things was you had choices of pillows on the bed. Great for any kind of sleeper. My husband loved having his coffee on the little deck off living room. The kitchen was small but very functional and well laid out. I highly recommend this condo as a place to just really chill out! The only 2 things I might add is a couple of foot stools to use from the couch. I was tempted to use coffee table but did not want to damage it! For people who like to read a reading light would be great as the one by the couch is more of a total Room light. Thank you for your hospitality!!

Home away from Home

Everything was wonderful! The set up, the extras, the accomodations, it was everthing I was looking for in a vacation/business trip. There are 2 keys, the ice maker worked great, the single serve keurig worked perfectly, there were enough basic kitchen items I could make meals, the kitchen table was perfect for working at during the day with a great view! The coffee table was ok, it needed repair and Cory had it fixed the same day! Cory is a phenomenal host! Very attentive! The tv is a smart tv. The balcony chairs were comfortable and the quiet was very welcoming! Overall, in 2 weeks stay, the only real noise was the garbage truck 3-4 days a week, around 8 am and wasn't too loud. My son said the pull out couch was fine, but I thought the bed was fantastic!! That is always a major concern for me as I have trouble sleeping away from home. It was the perfect combination of firm and soft. It is a foam mattress, and the pillows were both foam and "regular" with really soft bed sheets and a feather-like comforter. If I could take that entire bed set up home, I would!! The bathroom shower was such a delight! With shampoo and conditioner that smelled a little masculine but I still loved it. The soap was great too! The toilet is terrible though. If you are larger or spend a lot of time in on the toilet, you will hate it. Otherwise, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I couln't imagine staying anywhere else.

A little gem in great location

There were not many reviews before we booked at this condo so I was a little apprehensive but it was a great experience. First dealing with Cory was first rate, he got back to you within minutes of writing him. Met our food delivery at the condo and put the groceries away, met us when we arrived, showed us the condo and amenities. Amenities were the most thoughtful of any we have seen, Spray for a pillow refresher/ a yoga mat/ a recipe and ingredients for a local drink/ soap/lotion etc. Apartment is very compact but had everything you could need. Balcony was private , looked out at the pool and the bay. Pool was small and did get a little crowded on the weekend but there was always a place to sit in the shade, elevators worked well. Area is right in the middle of many restaurants/ parks. Weather was a good but got very humid early each day. Happily recommend this unit and Cory.
