A great home with fantastic views and plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy! Appreciate all of the amenities like the fire pit, hot tub, game garage, etc. The hosts were very communicative and helpful throughout our stay!

What a wonderful place to spend a week! We were lucky enough to book this property for my whole family, including grandparents and children!, and everyone had such a wonderful time. There is so much space, inside and out, and tons of activities onsite. It is also the ideal place for exploring Port Orchard and the sound. We also enjoyed taking the nearby ferry into Seattle (which was very easy and very quick!) We had beautiful sunrises on the sound and perfect weather to relax. The host was easy to communicate with and responsive to all of our questions as they arose. We would definitely stay here again! and recommend to anyone looking for a great place to relax.

Excellent property for our group of friends, kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook some great dinners. Comfy beds with lots of places to sleep. 3 good bathrooms and fun garage games and back yard. Would stay again

The home was very clean and spacious, kid friendly. The grounds were very well maintained. The only thing I had an issue with is, there were no hand rails. I suffer from arthritis in my knees so it was hard for me to get up the steps. I loved the home though

Beautiful setting an area.

Amazing property. Would stay again. Very clean and organized. The kids loved the Hot TubPlenty of room for our family of 10. Could see the Seattle sky line from across the Sound.

Perfect!!

We were there for our daughter’s wedding at Manchester State Park. It was the perfect location and plenty of things to do to keep family members happy. We would highly recommend!

All we needed plus

This house was very clean and comfortable for the 10 of us. Wonderful play areas for the kids and a wonderful view. We would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable beds and an exceptionally quiet neighborhood.

The house is open, spacious and very well appointed. The views are great and the neighborhood is very quiet. The boys enjoyed the garage game room.

Prefect retreat!

Melissa is wonderful! Booked this beautiful home for a peaceful and relaxing birthday weekend. Hot tub is great, kitchen is fully stocked(minus a cooling rack!), multiple family rooms made it easy for everyone to do something different. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic stay!

The house itself was great! Well kept and comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub. Location was so convenient as it was close to the ferry, Main Street, which has a nice little store with a coffee shop; a pier and a tiny stretch of beach you can walk along; and Manchester State Park. The host was responsive and when we did have an issue, someone came to resolve it. We would definitely come again!

Manchester Surprise

House was clean and well appointed, even had a few surprises. Worked well for a bunch of golfing buddies enjoying the excellent golf in the Port Orchard area. Great views of Puget Sound and Seattle. Found some great drinking and dining establishments nearby. Highly recommended.

Multigenerational Family

We have stayed in many vacation rentals and we all agreed that this house is top of the list! So nice to have a hot tub, ping pong and foosball since PNW weather is unpredictable. There was room to lounge around together and watch the Sounders game and also room to spread out in the house if anyone needed a break from the togetherness.

Golf trip lodging

Home is a short drive to many great golf courses. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house nor use many of the amenities. But it was very comfortable and included a well supplied kitchen. No hesitation coming back.

First time VRBO user. I hope all future visits are this perfect. Beautiful house both exterior and interior with lovely views of the Sound and across to the Seattle skyline. The furniture and accessories were very nice and nicely arranged providing an understated and airy ambiance. Way better than our original expectations!

Modern Tradition home in Upscale Neighborhood

The property was in an incredible neighborhood. The house was well maintained and with all of the amenities needed for my family. The bonus was truly the upper balconies. Having an attached garage was great for peace of mind. Any questions or concerns I had were taken care of straightaway by the property manager. *This is not a property for elderly because of all of the stairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again!

Total Satisfaction

We spent a wonderful time at this property. From beginning to end our host Melissa was highly responsive and the property was everything we had hoped for. The home was laid out well to give everyone space and there are great views and plenty to do, including spa and bocce. If you have kids there is a game room in basement which is very nice. More importantly, the beds were very comfortable which was a big plus. There is easy access nearby to the Kisap Fast Ferry out of Southworth to Seattle and plenty of parks for walking and hiking in the area. Supermarket shopping was an easy 10 minutes away which was very convenient. We would come back to this property again in a heartbeat.

Enjoyed our stay

Everything was nice. It was hot and there's no air conditioning other than a portable unit in the living area. The upstairs bedrooms got over 90 degrees until later at night. Unusually hot weather for Seattle we were told. The firepit on the deck didn't work but not a big deal since they left wood for the lawn fire pit so the kids could roast marshmallows. Overall though we enjoyed the swing set and the lovely bedding.

Hi Doug, We are so glad you enjoyed your stay overall! Yes, 90 degrees is not the normal for our area so we appreciate you bearing with us during that heat wave, it is usually much more comfortable! It looks like the propane tank ran out on the firepit during your stay, I swapped the spare tank in and all is working! Thank you!
