Hair dryers are provided at the home and are listed as an amenity, so we’re sorry if they were overlooked during your stay- it is confirmed that it was in the main level bathroom cabinet. We also don’t advertise dressers, specialty bakeware, serving platters, plastic wrap, or other specialty cooking supplies as included amenities, as every guest has different cooking needs. We strive to accurately represent what is provided in our listing. Regarding the no-shoes policy, we appreciate your feedback. We understand that this may not be practical for every guest, particularly those with mobility concerns, and we’ll certainly consider whether we can better communicate this expectation and make the entryway more accommodating. We also appreciate your comments about bathroom hooks, luggage racks, closet storage, and other convenience items. These are thoughtful suggestions that we’ll review as we continue making improvements to the home. Finally, we apologize that the outdoor grill was not cleaned to the standard you expected.
