Cook Sunday morning breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy high-speed internet for your workdays at home as well as a smart TV for the nights when a little R+R is needed. This serene retreat boasts a large grass-covered backyard, a deck with a table-top firepit for those cooler LA nights, and multiple other outdoor patios to relax.

The master bedroom includes a Casper queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom features a Nectar queen-size bed and a built-in closet. Both bedrooms include high-end mattresses and Brooklinen sheets.

There is plenty of free street parking directly in front of the home and on the street. Shops and restaurants are also a 5-10 min bike ride to York Blvd and Figueroa south. Ubers and Lyfts are also easily accessible. Please note the home is situated at the top of a hill.
