Perfect location for a few days stay in Louisville. Beautiful, quiet street just a few minutes walk from Bardstown and Cherokee Park. The apartment was lovely and had great amenities. Melody was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t have been better! Great area - easy street parking, beautiful walk in Cherokee Park and close to all the action on Bardstown Road. The apartment was so comfy and clean with every detail taken care of. Sweet onsite host too. Will definitely come back.

Great!

The apartment was very clean and well stocked with all the things to make our stay easy. We were even greeted with a snack basket. The king bed is super comfortable. We definitely would stay again.

I cannot more highly recommend a stay at this property! Melody is a wonderful host, and has created an absolutely precious space for guests. She has thought of every little thing to keep her guests comfortable and feeling welcome and it is so inviting and cozy and well decorated. In addition, the location cannot be beat! It is easily walkable both to the Bardstown Road area, which is full of shops and delicious restaurants, and only two blocks away from an entrance to Cherokee Park, the grand jewel in the Louisville Park system. I will be returning to the area in a couple of months and hope to stay with her again.

Great night away!

The property is located in a great neighborhood and we felt right at home! The apartment was spotless and had great amenities with personal touches. Our host provided recommendations for food and coffee options nearby which we were thankful for and tried out. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again when coming back to Louisville area!

Super cozy !

We had an excellent stay. We were there for the Derby and our host was excellent. She left a basket of Derby themed treats and let us check in a little early. The apartment is very clean. The linens are good quality and the bed is comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying there to any couple !

Clean and cozy

This property is very clean and cozy. The area is very nice and safe. The location is fantastic and close to several attractions! The owner Melody, is very kind, helpful and accommodating. She offers complimentary snacks and coffee, and also sent us information about several nearby things to do and see. I highly recommend this property!

Great location and well appointed!

Loved our stay. Bed was super comfy and pillows were amazing. They did a great job with the space, wonderful couch and kitchen area had so much packed into small space plus snacks and coffee! Owner was on site and communicated about all aspects of the property. It’s was truly an awesome tiny apartment so if you are over six feet tall you may have a few obstacles to avoid with low ceilings in some areas.

Perfect little hideaway

This basement apartment has all you need! Including a laundry room with detergent! Melody is highly communicative and very responsive. Loved the quirky decor - the low ceilings and sloping floors added to the charm. Water was hot in the shower and the bedroom was cold with its own window A/C unit. King size bed with fluffy sheets was very inviting after a long day out and about. I will definitely stay again! ❤️

Nice, quiet getaway close to downtown and lots of attractions

Pictures don't do justice! Close to downtown and about anywhere you would want to go. Nice, quiet residential area with own entrance. Comfy king sized bed, furnished kitchen, nice living room area, your own laundry and bathroom stocked with anything you may have forgotten. Shower was a little small, but hot water, fluffy towels and super comfy robes made up for it! Host was available and checked in to make sure we had all we needed and to answer any questions she was a text away. Also was able to give is hot spots to see and go around town prior to our arrival so we had some ideas for our free time, thank you! Would definitely stay here again, thank you for a wonderful weekend away, we needed it!

Great neighborhood, cozy accommodations, and terrific owner!

My wife and I popped down to Louisville for our anniversary to go see Hamilton at Whitney Hall and found this great spot. It's located in the historic Cherokee Triangle of Old Louisville. The winding roads to the house provide utter eye candy of cool, old homes and the street that this house is on was safe and inviting. As we left for the theater, a neighbor from across the street told us that we looked sharp and for us to enjoy our day. The host, Melody, could not have been more informative or accommodating. Everything was as advertised and she made sure to add personal touches like handwritten notes, a welcome sign with our names on it, as well as snacks and drinks for us to get settled in. The place was clean, cozy, and inviting. Very cool host, very cool area, and just an overall splendid time in a very cool area of a very cool city. We would definitely come back!
