In the immediate vicinity of the Arcachon Bay and the Bertic Beach.

Ideally nestled between forest and ocean, this house is the perfect refuge for those looking to recharge their batteries to the rhythm of the tides, in a natural and green setting.

Inside: Comfort and Authenticity
The house can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of:
• 3 bright bedrooms: One suite on the first floor (bed 160) and two bedrooms upstairs (one bed 140 and two beds of 90).
• Living spaces: A cosy living room with exposed beams and a fully equipped kitchen for your family meals.
• Facilities: A large bathroom with shower, two toilets and bed/household linen included for a worry-free stay. An upstairs bathroom with shower in the bedroom. Bath linen for the jacuzzi and pool is not provided.

Outside: Absolute Relaxation

Enjoy an enclosed and wooded garden, a real cocoon of tranquility:
• Aquatic area: A small octagonal private swimming pool to cool off and a heated jacuzzi all year round for your evenings under the stars.
• Wooden terraces: Surrounding the house, they are ideal for your breakfasts in the middle of hydrangeas and oleanders.
• Little extra: An outdoor shower, perfect for returning from the beach.
• An outdoor bar: A hut serving as a summer bar with fridge and crockery for enjoying an aperitif by the pool with a view of the pool.

Location: Everything on foot or by bike
Located in the immediate vicinity of a safe family beach (shallow water), the house allows you to do everything without a car:
• Enjoy oysters with your feet in the water in the oyster farming village of Claouey.
• Have direct access to the cycle paths serving the entire peninsula.
• Nearby activities: Tennis, skate park, boat rental, canoeing and forest walks.
