Violet’s Farmhouse is a newly built house featuring a mix of antique and new furnishings. Our farmhouse is located in a secluded neighborhood in West Fayetteville and has 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms with enough room for 8 guests. This brand new home has hardwood floors throughout (no carpet), brand new mattresses, and brand new appliances. If you have a cooking aficionado in your group they’ll love cooking on our 8-burner gas stove range and oven.

LOCATION! Our farmhouse is conveniently located minutes away from a Walmart Neighborhood Market, Walgreens, Starbucks, and many other local restaurants. Coming to visit the University of Arkansas? It’s only 10-15 minutes away. We’re also down the hill from the Centennial Park for those interested in mountain biking.

*For the moment parking is located in the street.

The space is deeply cleaned between each guest in order to maintain a safe environment. All linens are washed and dried on high heat, highly-touched surfaces are cleaned using bleach-based disinfectants, and there will be minimal host/guest in-person interactions.

Beautiful house!

Wonderful house! My family can’t stop talking about how clean it was and how the house felt like home. Very easy to communicate with the host and responded to my questions very quickly. It was exactly as described online and we plan to stay there in the future. I would highly recommend staying at this location.

Wonderful stay

We loved this property! It was a great location, convenient to everything. We came in town to attend the men's basketball game and the gymnastics meet - our son attends UArk. It was spacious and had everything we could possibly need. The media room was great for watching the Super Bowl with our son and his two roommates. I love the decor - so many touches that reminded me of my childhood and visiting my grandmothers.

Our group of 8 had a wonderful time at Violets Farmhouse. Exceptionally Clean, beautiful decor, plenty of beds, towels, etc. Neighborhood was beautiful and safe.

Great Place to Stay

Our host (Ethan) responded quickly to all questions or requests we had. Very friendly and accommodating. The property was well stocked with everything we needed and beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing home in a quiet neighborhood not far from UARK.

We stayed for graduation and this place was perfect. It’s a safe place close to everything. Very clean! Beds were comfortable and they had plenty of extra bedding with pillows if needed. Loved the layout and master on bottom floor. They had everything we needed plus all the extras. Thank you

Best family home in fayetteville!!

The uniqueness of this property was splendid. Felt very much at home. Having all the space my large family needed to be comfortable. We did not have any difficulty with the home. Its furnishing were comfortable and the layout spacious. The decorations and design were done in a mannor that reminds you of visiting grandma and grandpa for the holidays. Will always look for this place first when we travel to Fayetteville in the future.

The house was close to family, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen looked wonderful but we didn’t have time to cook. Nice large home with very comfortable beds and it was great to have 3 bathrooms!

Charming Farmhouse in Beautiful Neighborhood

This farmhouse replica is a cozy gem, with all the charm and history of a farmhouse, and all the amenities and luxuries of common day! Very clean, the beds were all comfortable, plenty of space, and very inviting for family time.

Comfortable stay— pictures do not do it justice.

All beds were clean and great mattresses. Bathrooms were nice and roomy. Two staircases. Extra fridge was bonus for football weekend. Nicely done with layout to give it an older farm style look and feel. We will be back for another game day. go Hogs— beat UT Vols 19-14!!!

Violet’s Farmhouse

We had a wonderful stay at Violet’s Farmhouse. What a neat place. Brand new but the family replicated their family farmhouse in Kansas to make it look vintage! It is well appointed with all the necessities needed for a great stay. We loved the upstairs movie room!

Grandma Violet’s Cottage

Step back in time with modern day amenities. Very clean and well appointed. Nice neighborhood, where we could take long walks. 2 living areas. Retro fun kitchen. 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds and 3 full updated bathrooms. Everything we needed.

A very special place for my extended stay

Last month, I needed to be in Fayetteville for a couple of weeks and wanted a place that would feel more comfortable than a hotel. Wow! Did I hit the jackpot! This home is a loving recreation of a very special family home that was a joy to get to experience. The detail that went into recreating such a warm, inviting place was impressive and obvious. It truly felt like a home very quickly. The vintage touches were so fun, and yet there was a very luxurious side to this home as well. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced. The bathrooms were vintage looking yet modern in their use. And everything was immaculate and clean. The kitchen was truly special. The 8 burner range was fun to cook meals on, the table in the kitchen to share conversation while preparing those meals, and the vintage looking appliances that are all new, high-end all added up to one of my favorite rooms in the house. The media room upstairs was perfect for movie watching or binge watching your favorite shows with plenty of seating. Honestly, this place was such a special retreat and it was hard to leave to go back to “the real world.” I am thankful that this family recreated such a special place and shares it with the rest of us, and I can’t wait to return for future stays!
