Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 36 m² living room opening onto a large 21 m² south-facing terrace, a large fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

The flat is ideally located in Pléneuf-Val-André, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
The centre of Val André can be reached in 15 minutes on foot along the sea wall.
The market town of Pléneuf is also a 15-minute walk away.
The beaches of Val André and Grève des Vallées are a 10-minute walk away. The golf course is 800m away.
The GR34 hiking trail is a 5-minute walk away.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park under the building. Parking spaces are also available on the street.
