Charming and stylish country house in a very quiet location

Experience pure recreation in a stylish and charming villa surrounded by a huge property. The house is located in one of the most beautiful landscapes in the Tyrolean Alps close to Innsbruck. Enjoy the rustic and pleasant atmosphere with mountain views and a lot of quietness. The equipment is stylish and cosy. An ideal accommodation for families with children, and for anyone seeking for relaxation. The house is divided in two separate living areas. One of those is available for rent. Please see the pictures. The apartment (200 m2) consists of 3 floors. The separate entrance leads to the garden and has a small balcony as well as a comfortable sitting area in front of the house with a panorama view of the mountains. As the location is calm with little traffic, comprises a large garden and is surrounded by fields, the house is also very suitable for children that can move around freely.

Environment: The countryside is very appealing and relaxing. The air is unique and contributes very much to a fast and enduring relaxation. A special experience are the mountains and the routes around Oberperfuß. Ideal for hiking, tracking, mountain biking and skiing. You can rent bikes at a bike rental 10 minutes walking distance from the house.

Eating & drinking: There is a wide variety of restaurants and mountain hats in the environment. On site we provide a list with information. A supermarket (M-Preis) with a large and high-quality assortment of products can be reached within 5 minutes on foot.
In late autum 2016 the house got renovated inside completely, rebuilt partly and the kitchens and bathrooms got reneved totally.
