Situated on the Baltic Sea between the seaside resorts Travemünde and Boltenhagen, in the agricultural 'Klützerwinkel'. Some of the manor houses in this area are used for concerts, readings or exhibitions. On the old country and country roads, lined with the typical head-weeds, you can explore the surroundings on foot, by bike or by horse-cart. In Dassow, about 8 km away, you can go shopping and a small marina and fishing port with ship connections to Travemünde.
