A fish market, great restaurants, wonderful, white sandy beach along the entire waterfront. At the western end there is a yacht / fishing port with busy boat traffic. Many water sports, historical buildings, castles, sights nearby, a year-round goal.

The cultural metropolis of Lisbon offers museums, churches, concerts, markets, shopping, exclusive restaurants and an interesting nightlife.

There are also trips to the nearby Arábida nature reserve, with some of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal (approx. 20 minutes by car). Cabo Espichel's, the western headland can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
