A wonderful stay

This was a wonderful apartment - very spacious with a well equipped kitchen and in a quiet spot but still very close to everything!

Great Location in Venice!

We had a great stay here for a few days! We really liked the location being in a quieter spot but still easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. Some of our best meals were at spots we picked nearby.

After a long day of touristing, coming home and relaxing in an air-conditioned unit was the best. This unit is off the beaten path enough to be quiet and still central to all the sites in Venice.

Family trip to Venice

Had a wonderful stay in Ca' Nadia. Liked being in walking distance to all the major attractions but staying in an area with a neighborhood feel. Check in was easy with photo instructions which were very helpful.

Best location!

We loved staying in this quieter locals part of the Jewish quarter. Everything was lovely, but be aware that the beds are very firm and shower is small.

Spacious Accommodations

Very pretty appartment, feels bigger than the pictures. 2 reasonable size bedrooms! Only the weird tiny bathtub was awkward but the rest was great.

Hosts were very helpful beforehand and made the apartment very easy to navigate - great experience with these kind hosts!Wonderful apartment, Great Location, quiet backstreet but felt very safe, round the corner from good grocery stores, osterie and bars - very short walk to the centre and yet not TOO touristy! Loved it!The only thing I would say is if you’re unstable on your feet or maybe quite large then the bath might be slightly problematic; it’s a very small showertub without much grip.. I rolled my ankle the second time using it but that could just be me!!

Nice apartment in perfect location

The apartment is beautiful and well-equipped. Gabriele was a perfect host, promptly answering any questions we had. Walking from the train station, you can arrive at the apartment in about 10 minutes. There are stairs to climb once inside the building, the apartment is on the 3rd level, with the bedrooms and bathroom another flight up. It is quiet and comfortable, with good wifi....a very nice place to stay!

A well located apartment - close to train and away from the maddening crowds

We stayed here over two successive weekends and both times the check in, communication and ease of find the place were excellent. I gave it four stars for one reason … the shower. We are both rather tall and the shower is tiny and difficult to use. Also, there seems to be limited hot water. The beds were ok. And keep in mind you need to walk up three flights of stairs. The place was clean and well maintained.

Roomy and homey apartment

We loved our stay at Ca’Nadia. Only a few minutes walk from the train station, and we were able to check in early which was great. Prompt communication from the property managers. FYI, we used Stow Your Bags lockers after checkout to cheaply store our luggage after checkout, since our flight wasn’t until evening. It’s located between the apartment and train station, by the post office. Highly recommend. The neighborhood felt very safe, even at night. Lots of shopping and restaurants all around.

Real Venice

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hosts were very accommodating about dropping our bags off early and giving us general directions. There were only two downsides to this rental. The unit is on the third floor and it was a chore to haul all of our bags up and down the flights of stairs. Second, the shower stall is very small and two-tiered and thus hard to navigate.

Family vacation

The location was excellent once we found it. The owner met us and showed us how to find the apartment. There are 3 flights of stairs to the apartment and then another flight of stairs from the living room / kitchen area to the bedrooms. If climbing stairs is an issue for you, I would look elsewhere. For our family, it was a perfect location and very spacious and quiet. The mattresses were on the hard side and not to our liking but we were able to manage. Also, the tub in the bathroom has a step down feature within the tub that surprised us but we were able to adjust to that as well. Overall, we would recommend staying here while staying in Venice.

This apartment has potential but suffers from neglect. The biggest issue was the shower — deteriorated grout, mildew behind the tub, and a shower curtain that is too small and full of holes. Water poured through the floor onto the level below. Old water stains on furniture beneath confirmed this was a known problem, and the rusted bases of the toilet brush holder and trashcan indicated a long history of water pooling on the bathroom floor. Yet the host seemed surprised when we reported it.Upon arrival, a caustic chemical smell from ground-level construction sent us coughing and fleeing the apartment. It dissipated after 30 minutes with windows open. The check-in process was also frustrating — instructions were difficult to follow, the building door key required a specific technique that was not clearly explained, and we stood outside for some time before getting help.The apartment shows a general lack of care: water damage in multiple locations, exposed electrical wires near the AC unit, cracked and deteriorating paint throughout, very old furniture past its useful life, dead plants, and a personal storage area blocked off with garbage bags as drapes.To the host's credit, they promptly refunded our second night with no issues, which we appreciate. We hope they will give this apartment the maintenance it needs to become what it clearly once was — a charming Venice apartment in a good location. The bones are there, but the current condition does not match the listing.

One of the worst client ever. The child obstructed the drain of the bathtub with the curtain. The water came out of the bathtub and made damage. It is reported in a video he sent to us claiming the bathtub had problem. It is clearly visible the bathtub is half full of water. And it was total full and even more!!! The water came out and went to the floor underneath causing many problems we will revert to the client. And he even has the courage to write such a review. 2 stars, well, noted. You deserve none, liar.

We are a "family" team that manages a dozen apartments for tourist use. We started in 2016 with a family structure and over the years we have gradually grown up. We are always available for our guests but we don't live inside the apartments. However, we live in the historic center of Venice and so we can reach the various structures for emergencies usually in about an hour.
We are always available for communications via whatsup, sms, emails or phone calls. The communication way we prefer is the one through whatsup which allows us to communicate calmly, sharing images or any links, even when we are engaged in our main jobs.
