THE BEACH: "Villa Del Sol" which translates to House by the Sun in Spanish, is a luxury 2 bed 2 bath condo located in Jupiter Beach. The unit is located on the 2nd floor and offers a large screened in balcony with lovely views of Community Lake and is conveniently located just minutes from Jupiter Beach. The unit faces East and is filled with light reflecting over the lake, and the sunrises are spectacular, hence the name Villa Del Sol was chosen for this lovely unit. There is even a George Foreman Grill on the balcony!
THE COMMUNITY:
The community offers 2 heated pools, on site restaurant called Twisted Tuna which overlooks one of the community pools and the community Lake. The community also offers a BBQ area at the pool, hot tub and on site tennis courts.
INSIDE:
This property has been fully renovated & designed by our POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors team. You have a fully equipped kitchen with all items you need to make that wonderful meal. Don't forget it's a POSHPADZ Luxury Property so you will have huge SMART TVs in the living room and bedrooms. The unit offers 2 Master Suites and both will offer luxurious King size beds and flat screen TV's. The living room offers a beautiful high quality leather sectional sofa so you enjoy comfortable seating for all guests. The building offers an elevator for easy access, and you can't beat the prime location!

There is a $25 per vehicle HOA parking fee (subject to change) for your stay. It is important to complete the HOA Documents and return them in order to obtain a parking permit. Without a parking permit your vehicle may be towed. POSHPADZ does not take responsibility for the cost of towing.
*All arrivals later than 10pm will be subject to a $150.00 late night check in fee due upon arrival as per rental agreement.
*All arrivals & Departures on 12/24-12/25-12/31-1/1 will be subject to a $150.00 holiday check in convenience fee due upon arrival- No exceptions.
All guests are greeted by POSHPADZ staff, walked around the property to check no damages in the property. Check in is similar to checking into a hotel.
Please note: Trucks, RVs, Vans or any commercial vehicles are not allowed in this community.
