Located 10 minutes walk from the city center and the beaches, it is perfect for getting together with family or to spend time with friends.
It can accommodate up to 10 adults and 2 children

It consists of a total surface area of 150 m2 with a large living room of more than 45 m2 (living room and dining room), a separate kitchen and has 5 bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor.

Enclosed landscaped garden with 2 outdoor terraces, petanque court and possibility of parking 3 cars.

The accommodation
On the first floor, you will find:PGJyPg
The living-dining room, very bright, is equipped with 2 large bay windows opening onto the terrace at the front of the house.
The living room is composed of 2 large 3/4 seater sofas, 2 rattan armchairs, a pouf, a coffee table, 2 nesting tables, antique sideboard with flat screen TV, board games and light fixtures.

The dining room has a large dining table with 2 extensions that can accommodate 12 guests, a large low sideboard (crockery and glasses), an antique mirror and light fixtures.

A separate fully equipped kitchen (classic oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, toaster, 2 coffee machines including a Nespresso, kettle, sodastream machine, crepe maker, food processor.... and all the necessary kitchen utensils, including for seafood lovers (gloves, knives and oyster forks, ...). The kitchen has direct access to an outdoor terrace and its dining area for 12 people (large garden table)

On the first floor, separate toilets with washbasin and a large dressing room in the entrance.

A bedroom is also on the first floor (160 cm bed) with a private bathroom (walk-in shower + single vanity unit) and an "office" area with TV allowing teleworking if necessary.

Upstairs, the landing gives access to 4 bedrooms including a dormitory with 4 single beds of 90 cm for 4 children (or 2 adults and 2 children), a separate toilet with washbasin and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink.
The other 3 bedrooms offer a 140 cm double bed with a dresser and a dressing room.

Duvets and pillows are provided for all rooms (extra pillows available) - Linen no provided => see details below

The bathrooms all have a hairdryer in each vanity unit, an electric towel dryer and a laundry basket.

The garage accessible from the kitchen gives you access to the laundry area with washing machine, dryer, tancarville and a double sink.

For the outdoors and the accessibility of the house:
The house has a landscaped garden but also 2 outdoor terraces, one of which is completely out of sight accessible directly through the kitchen door at the back.
You will find a convivial area with gas plancha, garden furniture (table, deckchairs and sunbeds) and a petanque court on the side of the house (game available to the tenant).

The house has an electric gate and the garden path allows you to park up to 3 cars.

Ideally located, close to Port Haliguen, a few minutes by bike or walk from the city center and the beaches, you also have a supermarket near the house, 2 minutes walk.

The rental management of our house is entrusted to the Conciergerie du Soleil located in the same street.
Elodie and Sébastien will welcome you on your arrival and will be your contact persons for the duration of your stay.
You will contact them in order to plan your arrival, any additional requests for services (see below) and your departure (inventory of fixtures)

⏲️Arrival and departure time:
Arrival is possible from 4pm
Departure must be at 10am maximum to allow the concierge service to prepare the house for the following tenants, especially in summer period.

In the event of a guest being absent before or after your stay, it is possible:
- to arrive before 4 p.m. and at the earliest 1 p.m.
- to leave after 10 a.m. and no later than 1 p.m.,
