The property is located within walking distance of the white sandy beach in a well-maintained residential complex. Villa 'Bahia Azul' is a corner bungalow on the upper level.
The living room is approx. 50 sqm and has smart/flat screen TV, a generously equipped kitchen, dishwasher, as well as a dining area. The large patio, which cannot be seen, has a private pool and is equipped with a seating area, sun loungers and a parasol. Downstairs, the villa has 2 bedrooms. The spacious bathroom includes shower, WC and bidet. Upstairs there is a third bedroom and spacious bathroom with separate shower and bathtub, WC and bidet. Upstairs you also reach the partially covered sun terrace with fantastic sea views of the Costa Calma bay. Here you can have breakfast and start or end the day in a relaxed way.

Ideally suited for home office "workation" due to stable high-speed fibre optic internet connection (300 Mb).

Ideal holiday resort for summer and winter.
Costa Calma offers many activities such as golf, kite surfing, windsurfing, tennis, bicycle tours, hiking on the long sandy beaches or in the mountains.

Beautiful, Spacious Property

Beautiful views of the sea, left and right. We enjoyed lovely sunrises. The property is up a steep climb in a quiet part of town, you can park directly in front of the property if you don’t mind a tight space. There is a quiet hotel directly opposite but doesn’t impact on the views described above. You have a beautiful 1.5km sandy beach a 10 minute walk to the left. Smaller beaches and coves directly in front and a stunning 9km beach about 20-30 min walk to the right, depending if the tide is in or out, probably better to drive, very popular with wind and kite surfers. There are 4 very good supermarkets 5min drive away. Eddie & Fenny were very welcoming and accommodating with our early arrival and late departure, I couldn’t fault the service and communication. Not a big pool but perfect for cooling off. All in all very relaxing in a well equipped apartment, was very sad to leave and would certainly go back

Good stay but set back by significant irritations

It is our 3rd time in this area - stayed once in this complex and in the hotel next door before. It is the best part of Fuerteventura in our view. For this trip we originally booked and had confirmed Property # 2016220 which is in the central part of the complex. We booked flights immediately and were looking forward to our trip. 10 minutes later our booking was cancelled as the owner had decided apparently to visit their apartment! We accepted THIS apartment as a replacement which is at the end of the block and has a different layout but is still a nice place. We arrived late in the evening but noticed there was building work happening directly behind the apartment. In the morning this was confirmed from 07.45 by the cutting of tiles 10m from our bedroom, continuing through the day. The next day was worse with drilling directly into the brick work behind our bathroom. We complained directly to the builders who didn't really understand and walked away. It was wednesday and the office is closed so we complained the next day I think to the office - my wife was really cross and this was made worse when the lady in the office smiled as she was told that the owner that cancelled the original booking is 'special' and just does this! In the end the office promised to speak with the builders and owners of the building site and to be fair the noise levels were much better in the last few days of our stay and as a gesture of goodwill we were refunded 1 day of rent. The apartment is nice generally and has a lovely new smart TV. The WIFI though is appallingly poor. The TV cannot access most of the services available like Netflix and the signal for your phone only works on the front part of the terrace with any decent connection. We are in our 60s and it only affects our enjoyment a bit, but a young family would need much better technology access. Overall we liked the apartment despite our early days not being relaxing due to the noise and having to complain. We suggest if you want to book, check with the agent about current building going on, and request the Wifi be upgraded if important to you. We recommend Costa Calma and this complex but just be careful when you book.

Villa Roxana

We stayed in the villa for 8 weeks from the end of Jan 2019. The villa is an elevated position affording a magnificent view of the bay at Costa Calma. We spent all of our days on the terrace at the top of the spiral staircase, enjoying perfect weather for almost the whole period. Our only negative comments are in spite of the villa all having double/king size beds all of the duvets quilts provided are only single bed size. The quality of WIFI signal provided is very poor, and was not available much of the time.
