This 750 sq ft apartment is in a quiet residential area. The bedroom has a king size bed and a bathroom with a tub. The living room has 2 single beds. There is a guest bathroom with a toilet and sink accessible from the living room. there is a TV in the bedroom and a TV in the living room. There is no cable, we provide a roku streaming device w access to NETFLIX, HBO, SHOWTIME, APPLE TV, HULU, and AMAZON TV. All sheets and towels are provided along with shampoo, soap, and conditioner. The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave, pots and pans for cooking and coffee machine. The apartment comes with an assigned parking space and some spare guest parking is available as well. There is a laundry room on each floor, and an elevator if you don’t feel like using the stairs.
