Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms open onto private balconies; each is furnished with a double bed (160×200) and comes with its own bathroom, making the villa ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a balance of privacy and shared moments.

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 pm
