This cosy studio, ski-in/ski-out, ideally located in the heart of the family resort of Les Coches connected to the "Paradiski" ski area, will immediately seduce you:Mont Blanc view and free parking guaranteed: The best! This accommodation with a neat and warm decoration is composed of a very bright living room with a large bay window offering you an exceptional view of the roof of Europe. A small dining area is set up against this bay window so as not to lose any of this fantastic panorama while you eat. A sofa bed will offer you a comfortable and restful sleep for 2 people. A baby or a young child sleeping in the parents' bed is also welcome with us. A large balcony equipped with a table and chairs is at your disposal for lunch outside (when the temperature allows it of course...). The kitchenette, although compact, is functional and very complete (dishwasher, fridge, hot plates, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, kitchen utensils and complete crockery). The bathroom, meanwhile, has a large bathtub so that you can take a nice hot bath after your day of sport, which is extremely rare in a studio. For winter sports, you are 150 ms from the first ski lifts of one of the largest ski areas in Europe :P aradiski (La Plagne + Les Arcs, 1400- 3200 ms, 425 kms of slopes). As for summer sports (hiking, road biking, mountain biking, summer sledging, tree climbing, etc.), you will be spoiled for choice and you are 2 steps from the famous Vanoise National Park.Unless you opt for good naps in the lush grass of the mountain pastures, lulled by the bells of the herds... It's up to you to see....In autumn the wooded landscapes (many forests around) are adorned with a thousand shades of ochre and yellow... It's magical... And in spring, you will hike in the deep green, surrounded by flowers, watching for the friendly little cries of the marmots who wake up after the long winter... So, in all seasons, your stay with us will be memorable... Our residence, intimate and family-friendly, nestled in the middle of the fir trees is on a human scale, far from the gigantic "dormitory buildings" that are sometimes found in the mountains. Otherwise, as far as the practical aspects are concerned: a lockable ski locker, a free parking lot that is never full nearby, autonomous arrivals and departures with a key box complete the picture. Cleaning, on the other hand, is not included in order to reduce your costs a little... It must therefore be done carefully and completely when you leave. Finally, sheets and towels are not provided.
