This is a great residential neighborhood close to Ravioli House, Mud Hen, Marvis Diner, Dogtooth Bar & Grill, Poppi's Brick Oven Pizza, Duffers Ice Cream, Key West Cafe, Acme, Green's liquor store, and much more!

Guests will need to provide the following: Linens: 1 Full, & 2 Twin & towels. No laundry facilities provided.

FREE Beach Box Included! (Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend) no need to pack or carry beach gear! 2 beach umbrellas and 4 beach chairs are provided in the rental. Box has a combination lock for you to store an additional beach or personal items for the week.

Outdoor shower, and pool (all seasonal), one off street assigned parking spot, with additional free parking street parking.
