Enjoy a timeless escape by staying in this exceptional 16th-century manor, blending the charm of stone with modern comfort. Perched on a promontory, it offers breathtaking views just a stone's throw from Château des Milandes in a remarkable natural setting. With a living space of 275m2 and a land area of 2000m2, it offers spacious volumes for a high-end service. Fully equipped, the manor can accommodate up to 10 travellers in an elegant and warm atmosphere. You will enjoy a vast outdoor space with garden and a 300 m² terrace.



A private infinity pool is accessible near the house and open from 15/06 to 13/09. The owners also live on the estate. However, they are careful to remain very discreet in order to preserve your peace and quiet during your stay.



Inside, you will discover two spacious and elegant living rooms serving as a lounge and dining room, beautifully decorated with period objects and equipped with dining tables for 10, sofas and television. The independent kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, gas hob, dishwasher) and provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will also have a kettle, a toaster, **a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine**.

Finally, a room for exercising is located behind the kitchen, with a sofa and a treadmill.



The accommodation has 5 bedrooms on the upper floor:

Bedroom 1: large master suite of 28 m² with a King Size bed (180x200 cm) and its en-suite bathroom with bathtub and WC

Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190 cm), a washbasin and a mirror

Bedroom 3: one double bed (140x190 cm)

Bedroom 4: large bedroom of 23 m² with two single beds (90x190 cm) and a decorative fireplace

Bedroom 5: large bedroom of 25 m² with a King Size bed (180x200 cm)

All bedrooms have ample storage space and reversible air conditioning.



Three other bathrooms with toilets are available, including one on the ground floor. Two of them have a shower and the last one has a bathtub.



A washing machine, a tumble dryer, a travel cot, a high chair as well as an iron and an ironing board are at your disposal.



You will be able to easily park up to 3 vehicles in the property's courtyard.

The accommodation does not have a socket specially designed for charging electric vehicles. For safety reasons, please do not use domestic sockets and instead use a dedicated charging point.
