The apartment is located on the second floor; a staircase leads to the front door and outside is a green area equipped with a gazebo, table, chairs and barbecue. In front of the house there is a bus stop that connects San Pietro Vara with Sestri Levante. Varese is just a few kilometers away and is known as one of the few circular hamlets in Italy.
